The service at Best Buy was excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable patient and willing to answer all questions. The Best Buy representative was helpful and asking questions regarding how the best distance to TV from the couch, and best location in the room to optimize the view. Store representative help put the TV in the vehicle and ensure that it was secure and would not move. The TV is amazing as a great sound Pitch Perfect quality views and I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

We purchased this 65” to replace our 55”.
Service, including in store assistance and in-home delivery and installation, was superb. We love the picture and sound of this television.

I wasnt looking for the top quality and it replaced a 12 year old Samsung and I'm very happy with the new TV. Great upgrade for the price. if you behind the times like I was make sure to get a 4K antenna.

This is a great tv. We needed to replace our old tv when it stopped working and picked the best deal we found. The only thing that took some adjustment was the navigation was a little laggy to start, but has gotten better over time. We have had it for almost 6 months and it has been holding up well.

It is very clear and good I would definitely buy from Best Buy all day every day very nice price I will definitely be looking forward for this project I will definitely buy this and the best of the bunch I have been working with the team and the team is going through a great team I will definitely look into it and let me tell them how I can get this done I am so happy for them I am so very happy to have them and thank them.

I got the TV for a good deal, so feel there was a lot of value there. When I hooked up the TV, I immediately noticed dark shadows on the bottom of the screens after Geek Squad delivered it. Best Buy advised that I needed to go to Samsung since I could not return the TV myself.
I will say that Samsung customer service is outstanding. The text option was nice and getting everything scheduled was easy. Troubleshooting took some time, and I don't fault the customer service rep for that and understand the need.
Tech came out and replaced the panel but the dark shadow remained. I re-opened the ticket and the tech came back out and we called Samsung together. According to their supervisor, it is anti-glare and the solution is to get an adjustable mount as these TVs are meant to be looked at directly. Unfortunately, my TV is not mounted. I find the explanation puzzling as most people today have their TVs higher than where they're viewing the TV from. I also did not like the "to fix it, you need to spend more money or adapt how you're using the product." Customers define quality and I feel Samsung missed the mark here. None of that information was mentioned in the product manual or description when I made my TV purchase.
Had this not been an issue, I would've been really pleased with the TV. I won't be buying Samsung TVs moving forward. Do better, Samsung.
We appreciate your feedback. To help determine if the issue is related to the panel itself, we recommend starting with a Picture Test, which displays a high-definition image you can examine for flaws: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
If the issue appears during the test and across all sources (built-in apps, HDMI devices, etc.), it may indicate a panel-related concern, in which case you can call us again to schedule a tech appointment.
Otherwise, please try these troubleshooting steps:
Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving, then turn off Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, Motion Lighting, and/or Contrast Enhancer.
You can also adjust the Picture Mode to better suit your environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode • Standard – Default mode for general viewing • Dynamic – Brighter and clearer, ideal for well-lit rooms • Movie – Best for dark room viewing • Eco – Energy-saving mode • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content as intended by creators
To fine-tune brightness, go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, then adjust the Brightness level (0–50) to your preference.
Lastly, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

This was a great price for a great 65 in samnsung tv 8000. I recommend this, the only thing im missing to try is the games with it comes. After at all is amazing
