I never owned a Samsung dryer before this, but I will never own anything else ever again! The steam function is so practical, and keeps from me having to iron most of my items.

This dryer has so many options that you can dry anything in it and everything dries perfectly. You can throw a wrinkled shirt or pants in this dryer and there's a setting that steams out the wrinkles and you can skip the ironing!

This is the first time we have stepped outside of the basic economy type washer/dryer level. It is affordable with many upgraded features. It is easy to use and a quality product.

I love the many settings, especially the wrinkle free setting. It runs very quiet and has a light in it, and it even plays music for you. Also the fact that they take your old dryer and dispose of it for you and install for free.

This dryer rocks!!!! I love that the water is hooked right up to the dryer and that it really steams the wrinkles and any odor right out of the clothes. It has sense so it only stays on till the load is dry to save power as well

Great for getting wrinkles out of shirt or pants, steam....no power wasting family of five it mskes a diffrence.

I replaced our old clothes dryer with a new samsung dryer We are very happy with the performance of the dryer especially the wrinkle proof and steam cycles.

The first dryer they delivered tumbled but did not heat. Unfortunately, it took 21 days to get the replacement due to back order. The new one just came in and works great.

Came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. Samsung's appliances always tend to rank higher in customer satisfaction with way less claims being filed because of manufacture defects than most other brands. The steam was a big reason I bought this model. I have a new job and most of my clothes require dry cleaning. The steam is a great way to shorten the amount of times you have to pay for dry cleaning. My wife loves the fact that she doesn't have to check every time to make sure the towels are dried all the way. She's still waiting for this dryer to do something wrong. I believe she will be waiting a long time.... I hope. We love this dryer!!

Quiet dryer and dried quickly. Many drying options. Love the wrinkle release ! Catches all the lint and I love how the look of the dryer is, modern and sleek !

I like that this dryer can hold a lot, including a queen size comforter. The only issue I have with it is that it shuts off before clothes are dry and time is up.

The dryer works well and is very quiet. The steam feature is really nice, and works well to release wrinkles. Also, the fact that the dryer keeps spinning periodically after the load ends until you take out the clothes (to avoid wrinkles) is a nice touch. Also very quiet.

First dryer I've owned that needs a water supply but it saves time when the ladies of the house get wrinkles out. Holds a bunch of laundry and does the job. Short term is great, no long term yet.

Received this w/d last month and have really enjoyed them! Overall it is very quiet-- when the doors to the closet they are in are closed I can't tell it's on. The spin feature does a good job getting excess water out of the clothes pre-dryer. I like the "eco-warm" water temp feature as well. Basically, there are a good number of wash options without feeling overwhelmed. It's nice to have an estimated time left displayed continuously during the cycle. Finally, it sings to you! It's a silly feature that I enjoy as the machine plays a song 1 minute prior to finishing the load. It's more pleasant than the usual beeping/honking that older machines might give you upon completing the cycle.

I love the dryer and the fact that I could put something in there that I think might take 30 minutes to dry and it only actually takes 10 minutes to dry, and the dryer automatically changes the time. It is a great money saver and it is worth everything I paid for it. My steamer is not hooked up, but I'm still very satisfied with the dryer. I also love the fact that I can change which way the door opens. Because the way laundry room is set up I desperately needed my door to open a certain way. It was very convenient for the door to be reversible.

MY dryer is great, The steam function is wonderful, and the wrinkle prevent helps keep me from needing to iron my clothes if taking them out slips my mind. No problems yet in two months.

Bought this dryer along with the matching washer to replace Kenmore products. The Samsung products do a much better job than the Kenmore products ever did. They cost a lot less too.

Love the matching dryer to my washer which I purchased last month....my laundry room is on main floor of the house. ..I can't hear either one running while in use....perfect

The purchase of our dryer completed the fantastic duo with it washing machine mate. More than happy with the quality, performance and overal operation of our new washer and dryer.

I love my newly purchased dryer. My only negative it that is seems to take longer to dry my clothing. However, it does have the terrific steam feature that my previous model did not have.
