Great dryer same me money and time and looks great

Quiet dryer, great features for various load type.

The heater coil went after 31 months. I really expected more from the dryer. Youtube + 1-1/2 hours + $25 replacement heater from Amazon and it's back and running. Hopefully I get more life from the replacement.

Sometimes the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes as well. We have only had the dryer for a few months and not sure if it will consistently be this way, we are giving it more time to see if this will be an ongoing issue.

I do not care for the depth of this dryer. My previous machine was on a pedestal and it was easy to reach inside to get everything out. This machine is deep and one must reach all the way into dryer to retrieve clothes

I like it but I'm very short to reach the bottom to get the clean clothes and transfer to dryer. the lid always hit my head and every time i wash clothes i have always bump head.

As soon as we got the washer we realized that did not get hot enough and we called the people at Best Buy and they said it was set on the eco-friendly, so we kept trying other options to get the heat up high on the dryer and nothing work, so finally a Samsung technician came to our house and he couldn't get the heat up either and ended up putting in a new heating element, and it still doesn't get as hot as any work dryer we have ever had this is a complete waste of money I am retired he cannot afford to keep buying new appliances.

We had hopes that this dryer would be really good, Unfortunately, we've opened the door after a cycle to find damp clothes more than we'd like. For that, I can't rate this more than three stars.

I was sold by the large capacity of the washer/dryer. If you fill the washer, you must run the dryer several times to dry the load. Not a fan.

We bought this as part of a matching set but have had the dryer go out twice and needed repairs as the lint build up quickly impacts the dryer ability and can burn out the motor.

Doesn’t pull all the dog hair out during drying. Has some weird eco doesn’t work worth a crap feature you need to turn off each time. Once again for the price not bad.

Needs multiple cycles to dry bulky items. Eco dry may use less energy, but at the expense of things not getting dry. The delivery, install and setup was very sub-par - one month later and I’m still not satisfied with how it’s set up. I have requested to speak with someone at Best Buy but no one has called back or contacted me. I won’t buy a major appliance from Best Buy again. Had to try to reverse the door myself - one of the screws stripped. Ordered replacement from Samsung - they sent the wrong part. I think I’m going to send it back and start over somewhere else that has better service.

Not very happy took it out of the box installed it no heat coming out kept on saying something about clogged up and sent it back

This dryer is hard to figure out; I don't think steam option works and it could be that they set it up wrong. It doesn't seem to turn off when the clothes are dry.

I thought I had already reviewed this..but the dryer didn't dry the comforter...had to lay it out. but how often do u do them anyway. it is a little noisy in my opinion..

Purchased for my parents to replace their older dryer - it's not the best. It looks pretty and has all these functions but the drying still takes some time.

I bought this washer and dryer because I have a Samsung phone, watch, TV, fridge, oven, and dishwasher. For some reason these dont run off of the smart things app like everything else Samsung, they require a different app called smart care and it's junk. For the dryer specifically I cant seem to get it to work well unless I let it run for an hour and a half. Then everything might be dry but less time than that and you are going to have damp feeling clothes.

If you put the wrinkle release feature on the clothes end up soaking wet.... even after the 20 min. drying time. Washer is great though!

Takes longer than past dryers to dry because doesn’t get that hot. Also, guys who did install had no idea what they were doing

I've had this dryer for a few months and I thought I would give it some time to get used to. Nope. Sheets, blankets tangle and wad into a ball. Doesn't matter if its just a couple sheets it happens and is frustrating to take them out and find they're still damp from being in a ball. I've tried it with and without dryer balls and it still happens. Definitely slows down your laundry day when you have to re-dry.
