It takes over an hour to dry jeans, heavy shirts, washable sweaters etc. There is nothing cost effective about it.

Runs longer than needed

Especially the wrinkle release. Should be more of a create more wrinkles then you had before mode. It would have been cheaper to get the dryers with the small water tray you fill yourself. That way you could control the amount of water being used.

Thick socks don’t dry either, end up hanging them up! Can’t believe this! Should have taken advice of a friend who said not to buy Samsung!!

Now it won’t heat. I hope my washer goes out next so I can buy a Whirlpool again. Never will buy a Samsung appliance again.

Heating element out in 2 years

Unfortunately, when I purchased the washer/dryer combo, I thought I bought the Geek Squad support 3 year warranty for both and it turn out to only be for the washer. Luckily I was able to get the total Tech Support membership to cover the expenses.
