Great dryer!! Tons of space, quiet, huge variety of dry times and cycles.

worth every penny, still being used after many years

I ve had it for three years. It has been working great. The products is very reliable and easy to use. My kids would use it extensively and the whole family is very happy with the product.

I just bought, and used for the first time, this dryer and it meets my expectations like i hoped it would. I am 3 loads in and it far exceeds what i hoped for. It dries my clothes faster than i thought and was VERY easy to install, set up, and use! Treat Yourself!!

I purchased this set in 2015. Shortly after 2 years we began having issues with the dryer not producing heat. My husband was not successful at fixing the issue. We have had a technician come out three times to find out each time there is a new problem. We have spent over $230 in unsuccessful repairs. This has been such a headache! I have a newborn and 20 month old, which means laundry needs to be done every other day. We are having to purchase a new one as we dont want to continue waisting our money.

Not 3 years in and the tumbler would not stop turning once done. Banging on the box containing the control board will stop it but its only a matter of time before it dies for good.

We are a family of 5 who use our washer and dryer several timea a day! It quickly dries our clothes and has several features for delicate, wrinkle, steam , sanitize etc. Wouls highly recommended this set to anyone!

This machine is packed with features. Steam, sensor dry etc. But it really falls short in that not one single sensor dry setting has a low temperature setting. Zero. Zip. This means that you can not use the sensor dry feature while drying on low. Think of all the clothing that has to be dried on low! Making the feature useless. You can not change or fine tune any of the sensor dry features. If its set to medium temp/cold water that is it. You can not change either. Terrible execution in what I thought was going to be a really cool dryer.

I have had this dryer for over a month now and I LOVE IT. It is very sharp looking. I can wash double loads compared to what I am used to. The delivery team was super nice and helpful. They gave us such great customer service!

I have had this dryer for 6 months. I love all the settings and size of the dryer. I have had no problems with my clothes still being wet like I have had with other dryers.

Overall a good dryer. Gets clothes dry the first time. Struggles with a king size comforter. The dryer will thinks it’s dry and stops but it wouldn’t be fully dry. With big comforters use timed dry.

Would recommend this Dryer to anyone! Excellent temperature and the anti wrinkle setting works great.

The only thing worth mentioning is the steam function. This is awesome when you want to freshen up a pair of jeans in 15 minutes.

After a lot of shopping, we choose this set. I have to say I.ABSOLUTELY.DESPISE. purchasing this dryer!!!! I am constantly frustrated because it doesn’t dry clothes properly. I can use one & only one setting, timed dry. It can take up to two to three hours to dry a reasonable load of laundry!!!!!! I was so excited when we purchased it & excited for the delivery. I have Sorely & completely disappointed not to mention the frustration & stress dealing with this crappy dryer! I’ve read the dryer manual over & over to no avail. I have repeatedly called the store, rude and unhelpful. I have called the manufacturer several times only to be treated rudely and repeatedly told to “read the manual “!!! I regret this purchase more than one could imagine! If I could put it on the curb for the trash collector, I honestly would! I’m beside myself & pretty heated, as is my husband. We have only had it less than 5 months and it has been like this since day one! Come on Samsung, treat customers properly & fix the problem! Do not buy this dryer!

Loved it at the beginning but after 2 years it started to show problems first the belt now it does not heat up. So tired of having a technician to come out to have it repair. So disappointed. Now, I am having thought of just replacing it with a new one.

Our Samsung STEAM dryer is only three years old but we've had the motor replaced, and four other service calls. Dyer continues to buzz and not operator until you remove and replace the filter several times. Not going n to buy Samsung anymore as quality is poor.

This dryer never fully dries anything. Worst dryer ever.

Already stoped working. Will not heat up. Bought it 3 years ago
