Overall the dryer has been great. We elected to get rid of the the front-in loaders and have been very pleased. The machine is quiet, efficient and with 6 members in the household it can handle the large loads.

I've only noticed a couple of negative things about this dryer- 1- the refresh cycle leaves my clothes damp. I need to dry them after this. 2- the plastic cover on the lint trap is more of a hassle than its worth. It's an interesting idea in theory, but I still see lint accumulation inside the dryer when the plastic is snapped shut

This dryer works great! It is quiet while running and delivers a nice dry load regardless of the material. I wish it would come with the side vent kit, but we were able to install with the standard rear vent.

Bought this dryer to replace and older dryer that was having problems. The time savings we have noticed already. This dryer is very quiet when running and at cycle end it plays a tune to let you know.

In our home, we usually do laundry as we sleep...start the load before bed...wake up and move to dryer before leaving for work. Sonetimes the clean clothes sit for hours before they can be folded and put away...wrinkled. The quick steam refresh is amazing!

Though it took me a little to get used to the; retro video game sounds, it's a great dryer. With a teenager in the house it's held up to the rigors of life. This includes the large; 'I didn't know those cloths were there.', late night loads.

I think this dryer is one of the better ones on market - it dries clothes efficiently and quickly. If you have heavy load like king comforter set then using the manual mode with highest temp and time setting ensures that everything dries appropriately after an hour. Overall no issues so far!

So far this unit is working wonderfully, but we have not yet tried the steam function. We have washed out comforter since the purchase, and we were quite impressed with its performance in drying such a large, thick article. So far the biggest issue has been that when purchased, the Best Buy associate specifically asked which way we wanted the door to open, and we said opposite factory (hinges on left). Well, the unit was delivered factory (hinged right) and you have to do some major disassembly to reverse it, which was surprising. Thankfully this is a one and done procedure, unless you move or something and need to swap it back.

Got his on sale, was a really good deal. Unit works well, only used the steam function one and am not sure on it, will try it again to get a better sense if it works well. Like the fact I tells you if the lint filter needs empty since I forget that all the time.
