Love this set of washer and dryer it has been working well so far

Good dryer to have. Bought on sale at a really good price.

New Dryer started off making a lot of noise on day one but worked for 15 months and now the inside of the drum is cracked ruining my clothes and is making an odd noise. Dead dryer! I would not recommend this make or model to anyone.

So I had this dryer for only three weeks. I brought it alongside with the washer. But the washer was recalled. Since I wanted my washer to match my dryer, I sent it back. What I would say is Samsungs service wasn't that great but Bestbuy went above and beyond to make sure I was as happy and gladly replaced both my washer and dryer. I'd definitely recommend Best Buy but with the on going issues with Samsung products, I would consider going with another brand.

I'm calling Samsung to have them come out and look at it. They installed it incorrectly too, so double downer.

Was not happy with dryer; kept stopping in middle of cycle and would not start again. When dryer did complete the cycle, clothes were not dry. I had a second dryer delivered and it did the same thing. I exchanged for a front loading samsung washer/dryer set and am much happier.

We had checked all the models which were on the Samsung recall list, this was not one of the machines when we purchased it. About 2 weeks after it was delivered we received notification that it was also added to recall list. We have exchanged for a different model.

Washes clothes great, but really disappointed that we will not get nearly enough to cover a replacement. Our that we have to replace our washer worth $1200 and purchased not even 2 months ago will be allowed up to $749 for another Samsung washer ($150 less for another brand). At least it was recalled and we will be compensated.

This dryer didn't dry my clothes adequately, not enough setting to choose from, and I didn't care for the look of the dryer. I purchased because it was being clearanced.

I just bought this dryer a year and a half ago, and now I am having to pay to have it serviced as it won't start. Tried the troubleshooting

I bought my washing machine (1 version older than this one) first and went back to buy the dryer until I had found out that the matching dryer was on back order for 3 weeks. When the sales person showed me this dryer and I realized it was the newer version for cheap, how could I go wrong? I read the reviews on the old one and it was amazing. 3 of the sales people in the store actually own this dryer and swear by it. I love it because it has so many setting to choose from for my different needs, dries my clothes quickly and efficiently, and has a steamer setting!!!! I absolutely love the steamer setting! Best dryer for the price for sure!

Like the Samsung washer we got to go with this, I want so badly to like this machine. I love the refresh and steam options. For those options, it gets 4 stars. I'd probably give it 3 1/2 if I could. I don't feel that clothes get dry enough sometimes, and I have to dry them again. Just like the issue I'm having with the washer, it's inefficient and makes for longer time doing laundry and double work. Heck I just convinced myself to give it 3 stars instead. Ain't nobody got time for double work!

The dryer works awesome!!! I just wish the hose to connect up the steam was longer. I don't have my washer a dryer sitting side by side and the hose to connect up the steam is way to short. It would be nice if they made a longer one.
