Never knew how enjoyable doing laundry could be. This dryer is Amazing!!! THE steam features is unbelievable, cuts drying time in half. Clothes comes out looking vibrant.

We needed a larger dryer and waited until our current one finally croaked. After looking and reviewing all potentially dryers, we settled on this one and feel it was a great choice.

Very good dryer but came without manual. Salesman was very attentive and allowed me to use my points even though they expired 2 days earlier. Would buy from Best Buy again and again!!

Well, this will be a short story of frustration. They delivered the washer and dryer. The dryer didn't work. They blamed it on the outlet but our old one worked fine. I tested the outlet and had a new dryer delivered. Took a few days to get them back out. The new one didn't work either. After the guys left not knowing what to do, I opened the book and noticed a 3 wire or 4 wire system could be used. Our home is older (80's) so I used the 3 wire system. Works fine. Geeks need to be a little better trained on electrical. Could have saved me and Best Buy and their techs a lot of time and money. Dryer is awesome!

My dryer was delivered with a flaw in the glass, but was promptly replaced. Great dryer. Like how much I can load and dry quickly.

I replaced my washing machine as I hated my front loader so I got the matching set. So far so good with many settings. No complaints.

This dryer is large. It dry's large loads of clothes in a short period of time. Love doing laundry. It takes half the time.

I love the fact that with my family of five, we can do much less loads now. A King size comforter fits easily along with sheets and even clothes

We purchased this dryer and the Samsung washer a couple of months ago and had to get use to the digital displays and how to use it, but as far as drying quality it works great. Dry's in about half the time as our previous 16 year old dryer. It has functions like the steam dry and wrinkle free that we like. It senses when the clothes are dry - lot's of great new features, that just take some time figuring out how to use, but are worth having

geek squad install was perfect. machine is so quiet and the steam function is great for wrinkle removal.

I love my dryer. I love the steam option and the door that you can see through. Sometimes it's noisy but that's my only complaint

Was shown Open Box unit and pricing explained. Unit has worked great with no problems whatsoever.
