Had it for a couple months now. Still trying to figure out what option to use if something is still a little damp. Dryer thinks it's dry and cuts off. Is energy star so got a rebate from the electric company.

Have had this dryer for over a month now. It has a ton of useful features plus steam. Gets clothes dry very quick so it saves time from my day. Nothing but good so far.

I personally don't use the steam function, but otherwise, this is a very good dryer. Dries extremely fast and efficiently. No problems with this piece of equipment.

Unfortunately we have not tried any of the fancy settings but so far all the normal ones are great. I like the music it plays to tell me it's done. It is fast and efficient.

So far, this dryer works well. It is taller than most other dryers. The controls work well. I like the refresh feature. The wrinkle release also works well and quickly.

Apprpopriate amount of cycles and options at this price point. As with any HE dryer, ensure you have the correct (and clean) exhaust hose. Happy with the purchase.

This dryer was the perfect match for the Samsung washer we purchased at the same time. It has the all of the settings we need. We highly recommend this dryer.

the dryer is great but the the steam hoses and fitting that came with the dryer was not complete. it should be shipped complete to use the steam for this dryer

I love this dryer! My people.... they don't love learning to work with the limitations of each setting, but have adjusted.

So its a little better then our other one, however i would think with all the settings it woukd dry better. But it matches my washer so im happy. Looks nice, and love the music.

I have had this dryer about 2 months. It works fairly well, but sometimes it leaves clothes damp and needs another cycle. Lint trap only catches about 2/3 of the lint.

My only complaint w/the dryer is that it did not come w/the hoses to hook up for the steam feature nor did the description tell me I needed to purchase them for install

Great Product easy to use heat and tumble settings are very accurate which I wear a lot of dark colors and this is important to not fading them.

This has been a great Dryer for our family - it offer various settings that meet all our needs. I especially like the steam wrinkle free

It's a nice washer. It gets my clothes clean. The housing is a little bulky. What I mean is it looks bigger than it is on the inside in regards to washing capacity.

Great machine with lots of options for drying, however all of them are much slower than our 10 year old GE. Probably due to the new machine being high efficiency.

Replaced old dryer. Haven't used the steam option yet everything else works as expected. Like the musical buzzer and the interior light.

Very nice dryer with lots of room. Seems to take a little longer to dry than the one we had. Maybe just haven't found the right setting.

I have owned this Samsung dryer before and just recently purchased a new one because we moved cross country. Performs very well.
