Purchased this at local Best Buy after looking up various makers and models. Decided on Sansung due to product reviews. Then chose model taking price and options into consideration. It's been working fine, no negatives, really like placement of controls on the top of the dryer instead of along the back- easier to reach.

I was very skeptical but once this set arrived I have been very pleased. I recommend this set to anyone looking for a washer and dryer. The price gives this set bang for the buck. Well manufactured with a 10 year warranty on the motor.

I was hesitant to get a top loading machine because I've owned front loaders for so long. I'm also usually a Kenmore brand person for Washers and Dryers - but I went with the Samsung brand this time and absolutely LOVE it!

We are happy with dryer. We did have an issue with a loud buzzing sound, but they sent a repair person quickly and he replaced a part that was vibrating. It has been great since then.

I've purchased Samsung washing machine and dryer. It's been 15 years with my old machine. I was so surprised with white laundry. They came out so white. So... Happy with my new machine.

I was excited to purchase this dryer shortly after I bought my new home in 2017. I purchased it along with the matching washer. I had a set, but decided to (what I thought to be) upgrade as my previous dryer was electric & I have gas at this house. First, I will say the dryer is very sleek & still looks brand new. That’s all the positive I have to say. It took over an hour to dry my clothes. Sometimes two cycles for towels. As of last week, my dryer just turned off and quit on me. It is out of warranty and now I have a nearly $800 paper weight! It is my fault I did not purchase the extended warranty & trusted the purchase based on the Samsung name alone. I wish I would have opted for a different set. Not only has my dryer quit, but my washer has been serviced twice (at 10 months & 16 months) and is grinding again. The service man told me I would continue to have this problem because of the poor design...he’s right. I never imagined I would spend $1500 on a washer/dryer set and have less than 2 years use. I, nor my family & close friends, will never ever purchase Samsung appliances again.

The amount of "stuff" that can fit in tis is amazing. I no longer have to go to the dry cleaners to wash the bedspreads. A king comforter fit just right!

We have had this set of washer and dryer for about a month now. We have been very happy with them. Great capacity, cleans well, and the pari looks good.

We had our old dryer for 13 years. We read the reviews before purchasing this dryer. We had our dryer for two months and already a part had to be replaced. With my old dryer the settings worked better, especially for delicates. If you put it on delicate and low cycle it will not go off after the set time, it will continue until dry. Hopefully we will not have any more issues with the dryer.

Love everything about it, especially the sanitize feature, i am somewhat of a germaphobe. Love the design. Easy to operate. Works well.

We researched this machine online and the reviews rated it well. We took a chance and YES it is worth the price. It's fast and quite.

This dryer had more bells and whistles than I needed but I am glad to have them in case I ever would want to use them!
