I love my new Samsung gas dryer it replaced an old Whirlpool that was 14 years old I hope this one last as long or longer I love the color The best part is that Best Buy price matched their own price It went on sale shortly after I purchased and they gave me the price adjustment, all I had to do was ask.

This is a beautiful dryer. The only reason it does not have 5 stars is due to the WiFi/SmartThings feature is very hard to set up and the installer did not know how to do it either. It drys comforters on the correct setting without having to open and shake out to dry again.

I made a wrong choice in selecting this dryer. It is a large capacity however it doesn't dry a large load. Most often, some of the items are dry and need to be removed at the end of the drying cycle and then the remainder have to be returned for another drying cycle. The machine misreads the moisture in the clothing and then turns off too soon for the second round of drying to do the job. So, I am left to try and change the settings to manipulate the dryer to stay on. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Not happy that I got rid of perfectly good dryer for this one I have to restart it several times to dry a load. I bought as a paid cause I needed a washer but not happy about the 1000 extra purchase for more restarts and time

I bought the dryer as a replacement of my old dryer and I love it a lot. There are many more features like fluff, steam dry, bedding, wrinkle away, activewear, and delicates. It also comes with a shelf for shoes and delicates. It is worth the price and features.

Nice large capacity dryer. Makes my clothes dry as intended, but the lint trap is a removable screen, but has a fair amount of gaping around it so I imagine a lot of lint is going to build up in the vent/tube.

When I went to the store I thought they only had black and white, but once they mentioned Champagne it was a no brainer. Best Buy does an amazing job helping you get what you want and to install it with you having to worry about it. Couldn't be happier.

Okay so far. Have not had it long but working good to date.

So far, so good. If there is a downside to this it is the sloping top that does not allow you to place anything on top of it without it sliding off.

Actually dries clothes- Finally! A gorgeous model that actually does it’s job. I love the wrinkle free cycle too

Probably has more settings than I'll ever use. So far so good, I do love the capacity and the fact it uses natural gas which is why I bought it.

a dyer that take a short time of big dying clothes in half the time and dye very well for a big family

Works great no problems yet. Received as open box and had it for one month so I don’t know long term quality yet

This dryer is large and has many features. We are very glad we purchased this item.

Installation will be in early January and we look forward to it! JD Power says Samsung is number 1 so we went with it!!
