We decided to upgrade from an old school dryer. The difference is massive. It looks a whole lot more stylish and in the same size it fits a lot more clothing. Our original dryer was loud and it took forever to dry. Now you don't hear anything unless you're next to it. It's has complete settings for any time of loads from delicates to bedding. Most of the time we just throw in what we have on normal and it's done with no problem. Combined with our Samsung washer which spin dries its loads to perfection, I'm sure this drying is using a whole lot less electricity than the dryer it replaced. We haven't had any technical issues and the install was nothing basically. So far so good. A complete win.

Thus far love this machine! Some to use but high tech at the same time. It "weighs" your load of laundry and accommodates the correct amount of water for the load. Super quiet and I love the little song it plays when the machine is done with your clothes. Love the clear window so you can witness the action as it happens! Some of the washing times do seem a bit longer than my old machine, but technology changes andy old machine was approx. 16 yrs old. Great purchase, highly recommend!

Once I purchased my first washer, I had to buy the matching dryer. I love how spacious my dryer and washer are! These were my first purchases ever made in my home. I was gifted the last washer and dryer with my home but I am so happy I was able to upgrade with the promotions they had!

Replaced a 20 year old Whirlpool gas dryer with the Samsung electric dryer....really wanted to stay with propane gas dryer but there was a huge charge, I think it was $279.00 to change out the orifice that cost $17.00 which changes the dryer from natural gas to propane....Best Buy installers evidently can't do the change so I think they are hiring a 3rd party to do that task....I was not about to pay that amount so I got the electric dryer instead.....electric is o.k., I just prefer a propane gas dryer....

Easy to use. Works very well. Quiet. Had to have door mounted on opposite side was very happy with service.

Love my new dryer, size is great the automatic sensor load technology is awesome as it reduces the time to dry.

This was so easy to set up and the functions are so easy to use. It dries so fast. I am able to dry king size comfortables easily! Awesome purchase.

The dryer is beyond excellent! It is quiet, dries thoroughly and evenly in a shorter amount of time. I am so glad we purchased this dryer and wish we had discovered this appliance years ago! The pleasant tune it plays lets you know the cycle is finished. This is a far more pleasant than the annoying buzzer with previous dryers we have owned. There is a variety of settings to choose from without being too many. This dryer is energy efficient and we would certainly buy it again!

Excellent Samsung electric dryer that I will highly recommend to anyone. Matches the Samsung washer I bought before. Command display easy to understand, great capacity for any home needs. I love the moisture sensor and the wrinkle prevent functions. Finally no wrinkles in my shirts and scrubs. Easy hookup perfectly done by friendly and knowledgable Geek Squad. Great dryer lots of space easy to use not very loud

We are very happy with this dryer. The size is incredible - lots more laundry being doing at once, now! Delivery was simple - they carried it right down my bulkhead with no problems! Only gripe is that heavier items like sweatpants, jeans and hooded sweatshirts sometimes arent 100% dry but the auto sensor stops the drying.
