Our old Kenmore decided to go out after almost 15 years! Shopping for a new washer and dryer set was a pain! Thanks to the reviews left by Bestbuy customers and also other review sites, we decided this Samsung gas dryer and matching top loader washer was going to be our replacement set. Able to handle extra large loads, energy efficient and modern look. We’ve had the set for a little over two weeks and getting accustomed to all the features. Make sure to check your power outlet. We opted with the gas dryer since we live in an older home. Our Bestbuy sales associate also made sure we had all the accessories not included in the set. This saved us time and as soon as the set was delivered, we were up and running within minutes. We also opted to have our old washer and dryer picked up to be recycled.

Very happy with this purchase…. Works very quietly and efficiently… love that it has a light on the inside and how large the capacity is.

As of this review, we have had no problems with the operation of this dryer. In fact, the capacity is more than we anticipated. The Best Buy Team that delivered this dryer, as well as removed our old dryer, were outstanding! They were very engaging & took the time to review how the dryer operates. Really great dryer - I like that it's quiet and fast and easy to use

The dryer is doing well. No problems. Lots of drying options. Very large size to fit the large size of my washer load. At this point would recommend.

I have had this dryer for years now and it still works as if I just purchased it from Best Buy!

The dryer functions, it dries. Three things I do not like about this model is the top of it slants down so if you need to use the top to store materials it does not quite work. The next issue is that for some reason when it dries it does not remove all of the lint from the clothes such as the residue from tissue. The capacity is nice and big for up to a queen size comforter. The third is that it's energy saver but the gas company does not offer a rebate and wish that the representative had mentioned this. He said to try to apply and see what happens, the store should have a list readily available.

So quiet and efficient. Dries in shorter times than my old dryer. Definitely recommend this dryer.

The installation was quick. The drum inside is much larger than it looks. There are so many selections of settings to choose from. One setting may give you a specific time that it will take the clothes to dry, but the sensors in the machine will change the time because the machine knows when the clothes are dry.The dryer is perfect. It's also really easy to operate.

Big machine, holds a lot. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the moisture sensor. Kinda drives me crazy. Despite heavy towels or sweatshirts not being 10000% dry, the moisture sensor registers them as dry and will shut the machine off even when I put it back on for additional drying time. Other than that, great dryer.

Very simple to use they look fantastic make little to no noise ..leaves clothes very dry ..I’m happy with it so far
