I am disappointed in Best Buy. I chose to order from bestbuy.com vs directly from Samsung which was my mistake. Even now I am still waiting for this dryer to be delivered. Waiting with the new delivery date of February 12 because best buy didn't have dryer in stock in time for my scheduled delivery date of January 6th (FYI I ordered this in November). When I called to reschedule I got put at the back of the line. FYI I can order this same item from Samsung and only have a week wait. Even though I ordered in November my placement of waiting for this item got moved to the back of the line and the rep couldn't or wouldn't move me to getting the first available. Rep stated she would contact me the following week to see if she was able to move up my delivery date but its been almost a month and no reply. I've never had such a bad experience with best buy as I've had with this purchase.

I ordered this item in November on Black Friday and am still waiting (February 19) for delivery. We had one scheduled for February 21 and got notified today, two days prior, that we could not get it delivered until April. The same thing happened in January when they let us know the day before delivery that only our washer would come and we could get the dryer in February. Now we are stuck with a washer and no dryer still. Order through the manufacturer or another third party. I have never had these issues with BestBuy but its supply chain and customer service are terrible in this case.
