I purchased the matching set of wifi-enabled, LCD screen controlled washer and dryer. With my old dryer, I had to close the door to my office (which is right beside the laundry room) in order to not be distracted by the noise of the dryer. This unit is QUIET! I no longer need to close the door, although I sometimes forget to press the mute button, and Samsung's jingle to signal the end of the cycle can be humorous while on the phone! Lots of cycles, love the steam refresh capability.

I already reviewed the washer that I bought as part of this set, so I won't repeat by bad opinion of the wifi app. This dryer is great at everything except bulky items. The whole reason I got the hige capacity dryers is to dry a king comforter. Here's the problem: it doesn't alternate direction! The dryer starts to spin and it spins so fast the comforter get wrapper in a ball. The center stays wet and the outside heats up. You have to take it out and turn it several times. Thus voiding any energy savings by running it 3 times. Now, to be fair, I have yet to find any dryer that can do this right. Besides ths tupid uselss app, this is my ONLY complaint about this dryer. I live in the land of rain and using the shoe rack to dry out soaked sneakers or steam pillows clean is awesome! Same thing for freshening up those winter jackets. This dryer is awesome in so many ways. I just wish they would fix the bedding issue.

I purchased this product open box at Best Buy and was assured that it was in working condition. Well upon delivery we got it and the touch panel did not wok. This happened with a samsung microwave we purchased so I knew it was common of their products. A week later we got someone in to switch out the touch screen panel and we were in business. Well once we started using it we noticed there was a banging noise, which eventually turned into a scrapping. Another call to the geek squad and we got in a technician who banged out a sizable dent and fixed what was loose inside. His professional opinion was that it was probably dropped at some point to sustain such damage. So much for the guarantee that it was in working condition and ready to be resold. Anyway it is working fine now and we just hope it holds out. Although the potential for further touch screen issues does worry us.

It's a great dryer for its looks and capabilities. I like that you can link it with your smartphone via an app n control from anywhere. What I don't like: when drying it doesn't estimate properly on finishing times. At times it goes on for hours and doesn't stop. I called best buy the first time n they were fast enough to get it replaced. After that I had somewhat of the same issues but was able to turn off Eco feature which is suppose to help but doesn't dry as fast. Overall, it's a good dryer.

I love this dryer/washer set from Samsung. I like the fact that I can control and monitor via my cell phone to a certain extent. I also like that it has so many preset cycles to choose from. Downside is that I've only owned it for about one month and the screen no longer turns on and the cycle only last two minutes before it shuts off on its own. Good thing I purchased the Geek Squad Protection. When it did work it worked exactly as I expected!!

So I bought this along with the matching washer when I moved home recently - bit of an investment but I'm hoping the lower energy bills will pay off in the long run. Nice, big capacity. I was frustrated with the lint trap for a long time having to squeeze my fingers in to get the lint out until I realized that it actually opens up and is super easy to empty......... Also initially the dryer wouldn't let use select anything - every cycle was the same and no options could be selected. Called Customer Service whenI had a spare moment at work and they were very dismissive of me for daring to call when I wasn't by the machine. I did call back when I got home and the agent was much more professional, but basically the issue was resolved by unplugging the machine for more than 30 secs and then plugging it back in. A bit of a pain with the outlet being down behind the dryer, but it solved the issue. Other bug bear limiting the score is the app - I use an iPhone, so can't say what the Android app is like, but the iPhone app is frustrating because:- I can view either the washer status or the dryer status - not both at the same time. The dryer can be controlled from it's own touch screen or from the app, but I can't set it running in the laundry room and then control it from my phone - seems crazy to have to take my phone out of my pocket, launch the app, connect to the dryer and set the cycle going if I want to monitor from the app, rather than just pressing Go on the machine.

This is a brand new washer machine we bought and so far it has been an excellent product. It is very easy to use and its features are awesome; very quiet machine.

Really enjoy washing clothes! Very user friendly and time and energy efficient. Highly recommend.

Dry works great, looks even better! Been using for a few weeks now all features work great, love the steam makes my shirts wrinkle free!

I've had this dryer for a couple of months now and it works great. It dries a large load much quicker than our previous machine, and it is very quiet. We certainly didn't buy this dryer for the steam feature, but have come to love it. One run through the steam cycle takes care of any wrinkles you may have on clothes or linens!

I am extremely happy with having purchased this dryer...it's energy efficient, easy to use and musical too. I couldn't be more pleased. I will most certainly return to Best Buy for future appliance purchases. The service was excellent!

A great dryer. Dry times are very short, even at lower temperatures which results in better efficiency and less wear on the clothes. It has an extensive array of options and includes a drying rack and steam cycles.

This dryer is wonderful. It's solid and works well. There are some things that should work better with the app, but they should be addressed in future firmware updates.

My dress pants and jeans do not need ironing!! It is amazing how wrinkle free my clothes are. My old dryer would wad them up and leave the clothes with huge creases. No more of that!! Fast and efficient, saves me lots of time.

This is a very high tech washing machine with many setting to customize each wash load. The machine weighs the load 1st to determine the best cycle to clean the load completely. Love the touch screen control panel. Even has a mobile app to monitor the wash cycle and alert when wash load finish. The machine washes cloths very clean with alternating directions drum wash cycle. (right then left) Even removes spots with extra soil cycles using less water. The drums washes and spins in both directions alternating to ensure each garment gets completely washed

Purchased along with the washer and couldn't be happier with the pair. It performs as advertised and holds a ton of clothes. The dryer adjusts the dry time with the sensor system and it's spot on unlike other dryers I have owned. It adjusts for each load and has cut my dry time down a lot. I always just tossed them in turned the dryer on the highest setting for one hour and walked away. A total waste of electricity. Most of my loads are done in 40 minutes or less and when they come out they are dry with NO damp spots. Touch screen is easy to use and has many useful cycles to get the job done right! It looks great and performs flawless.

This washer and dryer are easy to install, connect the the Internet and connect to your smart phone. Very quiet and makes a charming chime when complete.

I love the design of this dryer, the digital display and have not had any problems with it!

Like its sister washer, I love the screen and the simplicity to select the cycles. It has plenty of choices that can easily be customize by a few touches. The anti wrinkles feature works great for me, it keep the machine running though, so I'm not sure how efficient it is. Besides the ending music, there is everything to love about this dryer.

We can do a full load and not worry about it coming out wet still. works wonders on our jeans.
