This dryer is beautiful, quiet, and does a great job. The choice of settings are phenomenal. The fact that it comes with a kit that you can purchase that will steam. The clothes is also phenomenal.

Love it does the job and it's quiet. Has many options. Putting large loads, blankets, quilts, etc., gets it all nice and dry. Very happy. I got the set.

So far so good with both the washer and dryer. Did several loads an no issues at all. Installed them myself and leveled everything. Got them at such a great price even with the 5 year geek squad protection it was still less expensive for many other sets from other retailers and they perform perfectly. Hopefully they last many years. We decided to not spend several hundred dollars more and get the pedestals as we are remodeling the laundry room and we are going to create a platform under them and tile the floors, platform and walls.

Really a super machine. The BB tech's were great and I really recommend them. We were up and running in not time Please do read the instruction book to get the best out of the machine. It's easy to figure out but there are cases where you may want a special knowledge of which button to push (touch)! There is one little niggles though: the fluff catcher is a bit stiff and awkward to open. It does require a bit of a strong hand to open up. (See pictures). On the positive side, all 'buttons' are touch sensitive and the on switch and proceed/pause 'buttons' have braille bumps to help the sight challenged folks know which are which.

This is my first experience with a front load dryer (and washer) like these. I stacked mine with the matching washer from Samsung and so far really love it. It was a little difficult to stack it but my husband and I managed to do it ourselves and I’m not particularly strong. The only complaint I’d have about it is that you cannot control the temperature (according to the manual and what I’ve found using it so far) unless you have it on “timed dry” and then you can specify how hot or cool you want it. Otherwise you’re choosing a setting that’ll select its own temp setting which are not suggested but set. It also has an extremely long end song. Like well over a Minute. You can turn it off but I just wish I could select a shorter song. At least it’s chipper.

Dryer is really good it dries clothes in very less time. Even thick ones like jeans and blankets dry very quickly. There is very wrinkles on clothes unlike other dryers. Sensor dry option is very practical and saves time and over heating the dryer and clothes.

Works as described and quiet.. sometimes the dryer says 30 minutes then it drops down to 1 min

I love my new Samsung dryer. I was so excited when I saw it on sale. I always wanted this brand and style. When my old outdated dryer went partially out I immediately searched online at Best Buy and added it to my cart. I’m so happy and pleased for delivery service availability in my area. The workers arrived within window time and installed it. Thank you Best Buy for having my item in stock in store and always being there for my family.

I love my new set, there are so many dry settings. The dryer is very quite and completes a load fast.

I bought the stackable set, electric. When stacked, these units are very tall. The dryer buttons are 6' 6" from the floor. I had to buy a step stool for my wife to operate it. She's 5' 3" tall. This next part you need to be aware of, the electrical connection is at the top of the washer. If your receptacle is attached to your baseboard, you will need an 8-foot appliance cord to fit comfortably. Good luck finding one. I had to buy 10/3 braided appliance wire and a plug to make one. Here's a pic.

We have the Samsung Dryer for a month now and it runs quietly and you can only hear the bling tone when it is done

I love this wash machine, not only its a great brand( Samsung) it also has many features that you can choose to wash the clothes, the noise that makess when the clothes are done are not to loud like orher wash machines I have used in the past. I think that the price was reasonable comparing the prices i got before. The delivery times are great too eventhough i wanted sooner because I really needed the wash machine urgently.
