It works just as good as the 1st one we've ever had. The SmartThings app addition is a plus and it was easily detected by our phone's app and added without a hitch! Now, we get real-time updates on our loads!

This gives you the ability to start it remotely from your phone. The color is amazing. I had the previous model and like those these are super quiet.

Installed and cleaned lint tray thinking no big deal but then there was dog hair all over the felt strips inside around the cylinder. Tried to use tape to remove but no luck. Contacted BestBuy via messenger no help, called 800 number no help said to go to Canton Ohio store and they would help. They did take the return back but didn't do anything to offer a discount on a new unit after wasting 4 hours of wasted driving time and the 4 hours I spent installing and driving all over trying to find the missing electrical connection screws. Would this be excellent condition missing a power cable or remote for a TV? Or dog hair all over it? They could care less and offered nothing for this negative experience. They lost me as a customer and i am/was a BestBuy Total Membership member at $180 a year. Thats going to end. Its clear why the Wooster OH location was closed- when you do not care about the customer you will no longer have them.
