Clothes are not dry after using the Samsung dryer

Worried on quality but like the item

It took Best Buy forever to resolve many issues as the company who installs were horrible and unprofessional. After 6 months of using it the entire front glass door busted out in the middle of a dry cycle. Was under warranty but still..... love the look. Best Buy you need to fix your third party delivery company. Some are very unprofessional

Horrible dryer

dryer takes very long time to dry regular cloths

Ft on 08/22/19 . in the beginning for the regular clothes the dryer takes very longer time to dry up . I was thinking it was Okay. But now I noticed that if I set up normal cycle, the machine takes very longer time than usual set up time ,.. it is almost to stop then take another 15 min then automatically another 30 min and the process continuously going on . For the regular dress, it takes 3 to 4 hrs minimum to dry even if I sett up high temp and high dry settings!!!. What is wrong with this machine?

My bestbuy purchases have all been poor.

It doesn't dry for long ,i have to keep restarting the dryer. I just found this information in my email while cleaning it. I ordered an air fryer from you and when I received it the handle was broken. I call for two weeks and when I finally reached anyone they were asking me to bring it to some out of the way store during the pandemic,.
