This tv is the best basic tv you can get and you can’t beat the price!

Brought this tv home June 30th and put it up July 6th by July 16th there was a black cloud over the top of the screen that couldn’t be corrected by any setting changes or updates, the tv itself was flawed. I went back to Best Buy and since I did not buy the geek squad warranty and it was outside of The 15 day return policy Best Buy could do Nothing to help me. I am not impressed with Best Buy and will not be returning online or in store, the lack of any attempt to even help in the slightest to make this situation right was just mind blowing, spending $600 on something and you get zero customer service.

This tv was good for only 2 months. Then, it won’t start on. The geek squad checked it, but refused to fix it, cause the got some roaches inside. But am a stubborn guy and I decided to fix it. I ordered power/main board from eBay. The problem was, the main board was burn out. I changed it and it works back like a charm. last but not the least, I want to thank myself, who did everything to fix the tv.

Goodafter, I got my TV last Dec 2020, not even a year. and it’s not working anymore. I don’t have an insurance protection.

I purchased this tv for the living room in our new home. I was really hesitant at first because of the wonderful price. However, I gave it a shot and honestly don’t regret it at all. If you’re wondering if this tv is worth the price, I can attest to it.

Works perfectly with my Amazon Alexa using smart things to control it I even use with my computer

I purchased the TV and everything was great. Suddenly there were color lines on the bottom half of the screen. The sound on the TV goes out also. I have to unplug it for about a minute to get the sound back. I have everything Samsung but this was not a good purchase. Best Buy has handled this very well during the current situation with the Corona virus.
