The only complaint I have is about the remote. It's identical to a remote we have for a samsung DVD player we bought over 5 years ago and I didnt like that remote then.

Actually purchased for parents but I’m impressed every time I see it.only issue is sound is not as loud but I don’t think any are any more. Also wi-fi is not the best

Purchased the Samsung based on past ownership. Very pleased with the 70”. Fits our space perfectly. The smart tv features are pretty neat. Lots of options that will allow you to cut the cord with cable. However, I am not pleased with the picture. Seems to be darker than our other Samsung TVs. The settings to correct this are not robust. You basically get 4 options. Neither option provides the bright picture we enjoyed with the tv we replaced. Besides the picture, it was a good value.

Great TV. Samsung have a good name for electronics and this TV lives up to there good name. Recommended.

For what this tv is it's great. But I would recommend getting a separate audio solution because the sound is a bit lacking.

I wouldn't purchase electronics anywhere else. Installers are professional and patient with us tech challenged seniors!

Everything is good but the crazy bitzy does not work so I don’t use it but the color resolution on this tv is great

I didn’t know that when you purchase a TV, it does not already come calibrated. Every TV I’ve purchased, have looked pretty good out of the box; just needed to adjust the brightness a little bit here and there. This TV’s calibration when you open the box and plug it in is so wrong. I had to sit there for hours trying to look up how to decently calibrate the TV without paying an additional $200 for someone else to do it for me. After that, it’s a pretty good TV.

Price was right, and TV has been great. Sinks up to my phone nicely. Was the perfect upgrade for the living room.

The Apple Watch was easy to set up and looks great. Bought the Rose Gold for my wife for Christmas. She loves it.

Great TV. Had a bit of issues when it updated but other than that they came and fixed it and it works well.

I am still getting my TV set up properly. Cable box couldn't handle the big TV. Kept pausing. Cable Guy coming tomorrow. Will let you know how it works out!

It’s a great value for being such a large TV. Picture could be a little better but for the price you can’t complain

It's was a good buy at a good price. I have never had any complaint with Samsung TVs. I would highly recommend.
