Great picture

My only issue would be the speed at which the processor moves. It is faster for us to just connect our pc than wait for the tv to bring up the next menu or return to home to change from Netflix to Amazon. Otherwise we love it

Bought this one to replace my 65inch sharp now it sits in the living room but don’t use. Internet connection is the worst, even though it’s literally next to the modem and I have 1000g gig of internet. First Samsung tv I purchased. Biggest let down. Almost feel like smashing it. Internet connection sucks even when connecting rokus and other smart devices to it. Would not recommend anyone spending there money on this one unless you’re gonna use to hook up to your cable or play systems.

Good TV

I have to turn off and turn on a couple of times to get it to start. It's a wireless connection, but my modem is right next to it.

Poor picture timing- save the headache

Its been nothing but a poor quality headache since. Instantly I noticed that the picture had a lag especially when the image was panning left and right making lines cut that image into 4 quadrants. I called geek squad, the tuned into the TV and made some adjustments that didn't help the problem. They said the timing board wasn't working well and suggested I get a replacement TV. The new TV is doing the exact same thing. We have changed our HDMI cord to see if it would help, but nope. We will be replacing this TV with a different brand.

Brand new from Black Friday and it's useless

Saved it till we moved into new home, and initially, it was good. Now, it disconnects from the internet at least daily if not in the middle of watching a good Netflix show. Takes some time to connect back and sometimes, it doesn't work. What a pain in the neck! We are buying a new TV, and not even sure what to do now with this junk. Very, very disappointed in the waste of money.

Until now. There are two major problems with this TV. 1. Network will not connect via cable or wireless. This is either a hardware or driver issue. The apps, which of course are network anyway wont even show up until the EULA is accepted. No internet, no way to accept EULA. Catch 22. 20 years of IT and I gave up on this boat anchor. A call to local Geek Squad was no good. This thing is going back. Found a 70" JVC for same price somewhere else. 2. Samsungs are now designed to hoover up all of your data. The same reason I gave up LG years ago. Remember, if the product is free (or super cheap) YOU are the product.

Issues with picture and volume

The volume needs to be reset almost daily and on the screen on the top left side is not clear intermittently. I’ve had conversations with Best Buy and they tell me it’s Samsung’s responsibility but I am not able to get in touch with them. When I purchased the tv I was told it was warranty for a year from Manufactures defects but no one will take charge and fix this tv.

Xbox One X and Netflix don't work well on it

Poor from moment it started.

Picture comes and goes and sound does likewise when in use for only 5 minutes out of the box .on top of that the replacement process thru the geek squad has been a nightmare because nobody wants to come reinstall the new tv which I paid for thru them for premium mounting Purchased on Nov. 26th and here on dec 18th still waiting for replacement for defective product and then will have to reschedule geek squad again. If you dont mind having tv for s month........
