Good, but not great!

Have to unplug 4 times a week

I have to unplug this tv 4 times a week to to get the it to work. While watching tv sometimes it will just go back to the main menu. Samsung customer service is no help. Don't buy this tv unless you want to have issues with your tv

You get what you pay for

Compare to the other Samsung tv, this tv is an embarrassment. I had to return it because the tv is lagging and can’t really support true 4K videos. The remote control is cheaply made. Please don’t be cheap and go for the 8 series or the qled series and you won’t regret!

Called Samsung support but the guy could not fix over the phone. Had to send someone out. Will never buy a Samsung or from Best buy again
