    Backlight on the TV failed 17 days after purchase. No picture. Fortunately bought the Best Buy protection plan and they delivered a replacement TV in 3 days. Had Samsung TV's for over 20 years, never a problem. Love the brand, love this TV but questioning the quality. Hope the first TV was just an isolated issue.

    Major upgrade from the curved Samsung TV we had! I would say that the sound quality could be better.

    This was a replacement TV because the new one I purchased had eight giant cracks in the screen. Unfortunately, they did not honor the fact that I had already paid for the TV and it took 14 days for us to finally get our TV. At least they reimbursed us the $200 set up fee and $60 takeaway fee.

    Awful for sports. Very grainy and blurry for sports. The players look pixelated and blurry and if you leave the picture enhancements on, it gets even worse! The players look fake and juddery when in motion. Turning off that feature helps, but does not solve the graininess. 4k and qled mean nothing I guess. Total garbage TV

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    Samsung did no favors with this tv. Bad blurred pictures, randomly changes channels. Sound is not good at all so you will need a sound system. Sorry but this one is going back.

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!! Exactly 30 days after our 1-year warranty expired, the screen went completely black. Now, I'm paying to have a service call!! Totally unacceptable.

    If you’re a TV enthusiast with a cable service offering all channels in 4K or 8K, investing in a high-end TV might make sense. However, if most of your content comes from streaming services, which often don’t yet match those resolutions, an ultra-high-resolution TV might not be as practical. This TV offers excellent picture quality and everything you need to enjoy your favorite content without overspending on technology that streaming hasn’t fully caught up with yet.
