    The product is an excellent buy and the sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. Best Buy never lets me down from a product selection perspective or for fair pricing and customer service.

    I 75 inches beautiful . Iwill purchase again for the master bedroom room. I want the same tv in a 80 or 85 inches wating for sales

    After 3 tvs broken in the box, i got one that was broken in the corner but still works. I reported this one, and they told me that at least it works and i can watch it.

    I own Samsung appliances and other tv's in the house. This TV replaced a Hisense that just died after 6 years. It worked fine until then. This new Samsung sucks. It loses connection, buffers, freezes everyday. Mostly in the mornings. Hulu and Pluto mostly. Troubleshooted 3X with Samsung and no luck. Samsung authorized a in home service call which also had no luck. WIFI signal was tested and has plenty of bandwith. Tech had Samsung on the line and wasnt able to find anything wrong. Was told its just the way the TV is. All my other TV's work fine and are much older. I can have the same app running on the other TV's while the new one is on. It's the only one that does this now. TV is only a month old. Very disappointed that I have to keep resetting the TV approx. 10-20 times during the day.

    I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy. I purchased a TV that turned out to be water-damaged right out of the box. When I tried to return it, I was told I should have brought it back within two days—even though Best Buy’s own return policy clearly states you have 30 days. Not only was I sold a defective item, but I was also denied the fair return process I should have been entitled to. This feels dishonest and unfair. I trusted Best Buy to stand by their products and their policies, but instead I was left with a damaged TV and no support. I won’t be shopping here again and strongly recommend others double-check everything they buy, because apparently Best Buy doesn’t honor its own return policy.

    TV was delivered September 17th, by October 6th the display went out. I’m in the process of getting it repaired by Samsung but the fact that a brand new TV only lasted 3 weeks is insane.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with the YouTube app. If the app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, we recommend trying the following steps:
      1. Cold boot the TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and back on.
      2. Delete and reinstall the app to clear out any potential corrupted data.
      3. Reset Smart Hub to remove any app conflicts (Settings > Support > Device Care > Reset Smart Hub).

      Please also make sure your TV has the latest firmware installed: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

    Got it home set it up turned it on and the right side of the screen was cracked all the way down
