That was over three weeks ago. Still no technician. No answer from customer service Maybe some day

Would have gotten the same model if it were still available as we have a 65" Q90r that works great. Had to upgrade to the Q800T series.

Spectacular TV!

Colors pop, details are sharp, blacks are vivid I am trying to find the best picture settings and would really like to talk with someone about the best settings The only issue I have had is that the picture settings keep switching back to original. I have put it in Home Use mode but still have the issue. I think I just need to know more about working with the settings

The picture quality is amazing, and if you love gaming, this is the TV to buy. The low input lag and the ability to do 4K @ 60/120hz (maybe PS5) is worth the purchase for the future. In my opinion, this is the best LED TV, on the market. Don’t regret my purchase at all.
