    The tv was defective & no tech could come out for 4 weeks,being they needed 2 techs then it's pass my return or exchange period.Overall it's a GREAT TVif it wasn't defective in taking 5 or so minutes for the TV to fully power on.

    We were not informed when purchasing rhis TV, that there was an external box. Had we known this we would have made a different selection.
