    The installer/tech people were great! The appeared to know what they were doing, they worked well together and made a good team. They were very patient in explaining our complicated set up with TVs, receivers, apps, Blu-ray, etc...

    Delivery was Great set was Great Then I noticed a vertical black line. Called Best Buy They said Will Replace. Delivery and Setup went smoothly. They packed the bad tv up and ALL Things Working PERFECTLY …..Thanks

    Beautiful TV UNLESS you’re playing your next gen Xbox on it. I bought this television for my game room but it shuts off intermittently while playing games. I have bought expensive HDMI cables, surge protectors and other items that customer service recommended because they can’t trouble shoot the exact issue.

    Outstanding performance, thought only after configuration and calibration. This Tv is expensive but it's worth it if you're looking for top of the line and also be ready for the next generation of video.

    Beautiful TV. A little too high tech for me and damaged during delivery. Decided to downgrade to QLED more basic model. But if you’re in the market for a high tech state of the art TV, this is it!

    Delivery was great, customer service was great. Unfortunately 1st tv was defective. 2nd tv was delivered 2 weeks ago. Everything seems to be okay for the moment. Movie veiwing is garbage, cant stress enough. But gaming on fast pacing demanding performance is on point. Its a 75in pc monitor.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your QN900A TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.

      To further ensure that your TV’s picture is optimized, be sure that you are always running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience.

    First unit dead on arrival. no signs of physical damage during shipment but clearly there was something wrong with the scree pixels. Also be aware the one connect cable is only 2.5M long so if you are planning to fish the wire behind the wall it may not meet your overall length requirement. I called Samsung tech to see if they sell a longer cable and as expected, they were clueless and kept telling me any older one connect would work - Not surprised by lack of technical depth from Samsung 1st line of support! I did some googling and found out there is a plan for a longer cable but it is not out yet nor any potential date for release of this. In summary, wondering if I was just unlucky with the TV I got and the short length of one connect cable is a major issue (at least for me)

The 2021 QN900A comes with the newly designed Attachable Slim One Connect Box and comes with a .3 meter cable for when mounting to a stand and a 2.5 meter cable when mounting on the wall. At this time, there are no longer cables available for the 2021 QN900A and QN800A models.

    Extreme heat emitted from this tv to the point where my home heats up dramatically. So hot that it causes me to sweat even with fans and AC running. Hdmi port one failing due to the heat as well. Worsening over time. It has become unbearable and I can’t use the TV.

    For this to be labeled as a HIGH END TV I must say it’s not worth it. The screen blanks out to a faded dark color every time I put it on For the first time every day. I then have to keep turning it off and on until it comes on properly. Secondly the sound quality is awful when you turn it up anywhere pass the 20 mark volume. Its like you have cockroaches in the speakers lol. Thinking of returning it to be honest.

Quantum Matrix Technology is powered by exclusive Mini LED designed technology engineered to give you hyper-focused brightness and dimming in all the right areas. To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      Additionally, If you have external devices connected to your TV, the issue may be due to not connecting correctly with a the device. Please check your connection with these steps:

      1. Disconnect and reconnect the power cables and HDMI cables on the back of your TV, then unplug the power cord and plug it back into the wall outlet.
      2. If the external device supports UHD video, use a dedicated HDMI cable (4K) for HDMI video playback.
      3. If a component cable is used, make sure that the colored connectors are connected to the matching connectors on the external device and the TV.
      4. If you are using a set-top box, check the cable connection. The cable you need to check depends on the type of set-top box.
      5. Make sure that your access point is connected to the Internet. If not, disconnecting and reconnecting its power cable may be required.
      6. If the problem persists, check the video output settings in the settings menu of the external device, and ensure that your TV supports the video output mode.

      The QN900A features SpaceFit Sound to optimize sound tailored to your environment and Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) which further detects disturbances and enhances the on-screen voices for clear dialogue.

      Go to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Turn the options on or off to meet your needs:
      - Active Voice Amplifier is available only when the sound sensor of the TV is active and the sound output is set to TV Speaker, or a Samsung Soundbar interlinked with Adaptive Picture is connected.
      - Adaptive Sound+ provides optimized sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content
      - Adaptive Volume Automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV.

      Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      You can also customize sound with Expert Settings.

    Originally I loved the tv, woke up this morning to the tv screen being completely blurry. This is the 2nd tv I’ve went through, Both the 65 and 75 inch. Samsung wouldn’t warranty the first either after the back computer that’s held on by magnets fell off and ripped out a connection.

    My wife got this for me as a gift, and I am blown away! I've never owned a tv this amazing. The picture is just fantastic, there aren't words to describe it. I keep inviting friends over to see it because I can't capture how clear the screen is with my phone camera. The large number of inputs is also a huge bonus. No more jostling around behind the tv to switch between game consoles. They can all stay plugged in! We have it hooked up to a soundbar and subwoofer which makes our room into a theater, but the tv's speakers themselves are great, which you don't often find in thin tv's. This tv also comes with apps for exercising, and background art that are pretty cool. The split screen features is awesome. I can't wait to learn more about this tv as time goes on. The clarity is just amazing, and the blacks are so black. I look forward to many hours spent in front of it!
