I have had 2 Samsung TVs that are over 10 years old, never had a problem, NOT ONE. So I trusted the Samsung name brand. Apparently times have changed. At 9 months, the screen started having green shading on the side. I called Best Buy and they came out and took care of it, because I had the BB membership. Here we are now at 14 months and my TV now has no sound. It is out of warranty and even though I have the pre paid "best buy membership plus", they still want to charge me $125 to come look at the TV. I haven't even paid it off yet. I am on a limited income at this time and simply cannot afford the repair bill. I thought my TV would be covered by the membership. I cannot recommend this TV. Save your money. I wish I had.

Clarity is great and the anti glare for this model makes a world of difference. Minus one star due to the software. I’ve tried the Xbox streaming hub and it is lags. (Going to increase my internet speed. Currently 400mbps to see if this helps) I do wish I could switch between gaming and normal TV or other apps a lot faster. Reorganize the software and it is 5 stars, easy.

No reflection is visible mostly in the light areas. Very happy so far with my purchase

We appreciate your thoughts on the QN90B TV’s picture quality. If the image is not to your liking, please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting
You may also want to try adjusting image settings to improve your picture. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also customize the brightness level of your screen between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
Please also make sure you’ve got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

The other thing I noticed is with this model, there is an Anti Glare coating on the screen that creates visible rainbow and lines from any time of lighting across the screen, it was so bad that i could not unsee them. Although this is a very nice tv, it just didn't work for my liking. Had it picked up and returned. I will be purchasing the QN85C without the Anti-Glare coating.
