It took 3 visits to get the install properly done. Your 3rd party service program is fatally flawed and diminished the pleasure of an otherwise good experience.

Waste of $3k on horrible product

Had techs come out multiple times replacing parts on the TV within the first few months because the backlight wouldn't turn on. Finally got that fixed and since then it's been extremely slow, randomly get a spinning wheel like something is trying to load. Decided to buy an Apple TV to avoid the terrible software built in, but the spinning wheel still appears. Work on the TV was done by Geeksquad through Bestbuy Total Care and clearly something wasn't done correctly because the TV states that its model number is 0 in the settings.

Beware of open box TVs

It was supposed to work perfectly fine with minor cosmetic issues. Drove over an hour each way to get it, got home and it didnt have one connect box, any cables or remote. Basically was just a black picture to hang on the wall. Only option was to haul it back to store that i bought it or try to have it fixed. Geek squad tried but after missing 3 work days just refunded my money. Wouldve expected them to just replace it but they couldbt because it was an open box. Never again!!

2 Faulty Powerboards - Caveat Emptor

That was over a month ago and two service visits with one more on the way. This baby went dark after only 5 months out of the box. Reviews are slowly trickling out about the TVs not powering on, the OneConnect bricking, and the powerboards being faulty. For a $3K TV, the device should last. Caveat emptor.

SAMSUNG SHOULD BE ASHAMED

Have to unplug it then replug it in everg couple days. Lots of glare from any back ground light from lamps or lights. Completely tanked 13 or so months after purchase. One connect box died, so many these were lemons samsung sold out of replacement parts.
