The picture isn't as clear as expected.

The picture was super clear, but horrible customer service regarding the stand so I returned it. I purchased the 75" flat the same day, but it's just not that clear. The manager I spoke to really didn't care about my previous experience and it reminded me why I avoided Best Buy for a long time.
