Having 82 inches of screen viewability is awesome. Games and shows look fantastic in 4K. The TV turns on a little slow, but when it is on everything is quick. Still trying to figure out the Alexa feature. Best price I have every seen for 82" TV.

Enjoying very much. Worried that I was not able to see a display model but they assured me if I was not happy I could return it. I wall mounted it and even in a brightly lit room the picture is spectacular. And they delivered for free!

Love the size and the picture! Bought this to replace a 52 inch lcd tv that was a little small for the size of the room. This one fits great and is perfect from 10 to 15 feet away! Still pretty new to us, but loving it so far!

An amazing television for the price. I bought it on sale for 13000 and that is a steal for the panel specifications. If you are looking for a 4k 120 fps tv and want it to be massive, I would recommend this over anything else.

Total waste of money. Doesnt connect to the internet or Bluetooth. Samsung is completely worthless. Said there was no service centers currently in my area and to wait for word back when a solution was available. I never heard back from them. I reached out again and was told the same thing, but now said my warranty was expired and there is nothing they can do. An 82 inch "smart" tv that im still paying on my card and I cant use. Seriously disappointing, more than I can put into words.

An amazing tv the picture is so clear it looks like your watching live tv when watching a movie! The apps and google account sign in made my day!! Buy! Buy! Buy! You will NOT be disappointed!

Amazing picture, sound and clarity!! Can change color mode to different settings while watching sports or movies. Smart tv has all the popular apps. Best purchase for the money, worth every penny!!

Clear picture and very good size for the room that I put it in. You don’t really need the upgraded series with the picture quality. This works just fine. Also love the Samsung tv plus feature.

Got this tv after I returned a 82 inch LG something with Samsung quality that is just so much better I can’t stand LGs picture quality and it make of tv it’s so bulky this is great buy.

Definitely the best purchase my family has made in a while. A must have for anyone seeking a great picture quality but especially for the gamers! Victory Royales all around!

For its size it has a great picture. I had a QLED and had them side by side to make adjustments...it is as close as can be expected. Going from a 65 to an 82 inch screen..

I love my 82 inch Samsung tv.The features got better. Crystal clear. It looks smaller in my home that it did in the store.

I have been very happy with my new tv. The geek squad waa great but they need better payment options had to go to the office. Had several problems with getting my bill paid.

Amazing tv!! Clear picture lots of extras, not to bad price, if mounting may need 3 people (two to lift and one to guide to mount). Hubby loves it. Bought it for the living room.

Bought this monster after my last tv was dropped while moving. Best thing that happened to me. The picture is great and the price for the size is amazing.

I was never a big tv/movie watcher. But after watching on this Samsung Crystal UHD, I can’t get away from watching movies. And the price of the tv made it that much better.
