    WORST DECISION YET --- THE TV WENT DARK AFTER 20 DAYS AND I AM WITHOUT A TV SINCE 16 JANUARY. THANK YOU BEST BUY AND SAMSUNG NICE WAY TO TREAT SOMEONE ON A FIXED INCOME!!! YOUR ARE ALL DISINGENEOUS/CROOKED!!

    Purchased a 83 inches samsung open box , the box said missing "some original parts", they told me the table base!! but everything else is good..... When opened the box at home the tv was broken on the righ side of the bottom...corner btw the glasses, the open box product didn't described that ,!!!! after renting a car to transported, I had to do again and returned

    Worked well for 28 days and stopped working at all. Samsung expect you to unmount it. Best buy didnt offer e replacement since it is an open box even with total tech .

    I purchased this TV because I love Samsung. I should have went with an LG. The sound goes up and down by itself and I had to return it for another one. Then the new one I got I have to return as well because I had to turn the volume up at 50 just to hear what was on TV. I shouldn’t have to buy a sound system to hear what’s on the TV. I will be returning for an LG

      Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:

      1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
      2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off.
      3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

    Doesnt power up 2 months after buying it. Samsung used to be good quality TVs.My lg tvs have no problems after 5 years

    I was supposed to receive this tv I purchased today, Tuesday, December 10th, between 1pm - 4pm. Needless to say it never showed up and no one ever called to say they weren’t coming today! We still have not received any phone call. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

    We’re waiting on our third tv. First died within six days of installation; second arrived with a cracked screen. If the third one is faulty, we’ll move on from Samsung.

    I recently got the Samsung 83" Class S9OD Series OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV (2024), and I'm super happy with it.     Great upgrade from the s90c

    I bought the 83 inch s90c. I had an issue where the tv needed to be unplugged to get rid of a white line going horizontal across the screen. The tv was 18 days old. I had to call samsung due to the 15 day return policy at bb. Samsung ended up exchanging for the s90d 83inch. Everything i loved about the s90c was just a little better. Brighter for sure. Hdr looks even better. The tizen app much more responsive. The tv still doesnt love the max app. Not sure why. It will go to max, but it thinks about it much longer than any other app. At the current sale price 3299 i think it is a must have. The woled in this tv knocks it out the park.

    Samsung S90D Great Mid Tier Oled - Not Bright

    I returned my Samsung S90D 83 inch because the Arch HDMI port was broken. The picture quality was great for an OLED but Samsung has sent out a software update so this oled is dimmer then the S90F. Very unfair for Samsung to dim this television. This was a great oled tv until Samsung dimmed the brightness.

    Picture quality is amazing, but it died after three weeks. Won’t power on and no indicator light. Quite frustrating for a tv costing over $3,000.

    TOTALLY DEAD AFTER 15 DAYS. Beware of all Samsung products. Their quality is a massive disappointment. I spent almost 3,000 dollars on a brand new tv for it to fail with less than 10 uses! Now that’s I’m looking up a fix, I’m finding countless people having the same experience. STAY AWAY
