    Great TV, the picture quality is really stunning, and it does it all without using as much energy as my old 65" TV... it loses a star because of the Samsung operating system which is not super intuitive and the remote controls are just 'ok'.

    Beautiful picture! Delivery was great, set up and wall mounting was fairly easy as long as you have two strong people. Sound is average but is easily fixed with a decent sound bar. My only issue was the Tizen operating system once stopped working for a few hours. Couldn't stream anything even though there was nothing wrong with my internet connection. Not sure what that was about, but the next day it was fine and has been ever since.

    The picture and sound are excellent. The quality of the tv and it's hardware are excellent. The O.S. the tv has its absolute garbage. It was working pretty well with only an occasional issue, that all changed with the latest update. Now if you watch a show and come back to it later the TV has to be hard reset otherwise the apps lock up and do nothing. At first i thought it was the amazon app but it did the same thing with the Samsung one and every other one. Not sure what Samsung did but it's made the TV a royal pain to use. If it didn't do this is give it 4-5 but the tv is absolute crap functioning this way and it's slowed down the loading of all apps as well. Don't spend your hard earned money on this TV. Find one that isn't crippled with a poor O.S.
