Incredible picture and sound. I put this in a room that is full of light. Two walls are all glass. While you can see reflections on the screen with it's turned off, once turned on the brilliant color and clarity overpower the reflections. Ease of use - extremely simple. I was used to a Roku Tv and was concerned about moving away from the simplicity of a Roku. This TV is as easy as a Roku but many, many more functions. While the sound is excellent just from the TV, I added the Samsung Q-Symphony sound bar w/sub (this was a big step as I've always been a fan of Bose everything). The integration of the sound bar with the TV speakers is unparalleled. The remote is also awesome. The solar charging panel is genius. Only two minor negatives: 1. the remote volume up/down is a switch you push forward/back. To Mute you press the switch like a button. Often when adjusting the volume it's easy to accidently mute the TV. 2. The stand for the TV. It's a center stand which is OK but puts all the TV weight in the middle of the TV console and doesn't distribute the weight across the console. While the stand has cover to hide wires, the grooves in the back of the TV do not seem to confirm to the power cord or the standard HDMI cable that comes with it. Also there is not a cutout between these groves and the slots in the base stand to seamlessly feed the cords. If these were designed correctly hiding the cables would be much easier.

Entire experience with this product and Best Buy was great. Purchased through chat with great help. Set up for customer pickup for this LARGE TV at my local store. Pickup went really well with two employees loading the TV for me. This filled up but fit in the back of my minivan. The TV was well packed. I was thankful it fit on the mounting bracket from my previous smaller TV. I purchased this model because of the wider viewing angle and the anit-glare screen. This is a BIG TV and it takes a lot of strength to lift it and get it attached to the wall mount. The TV flexes just a bit so that made me nervous. The cable management grooves in the back of the TV are very cool and handy. Very happy with the picture and color. Found out that the remote with the TV also controls the Samsung soundbar and remote wireless speakers we had previously, so one less remote to deal with. The sound bar turns on and off automatically with the TV. Haven't explored all the online content, but so far the TV is looking really good.

Samsung never lets me down. You will not be disappointed in the quality of this Tv. It has a metal thin frame around the egdes which feels very premium. I have this in a very bright room and this Tv gets bright enough to the point of not noticing any glare. All 4 HDMI ports are 2.1 so its a great gaming tv. The sound quality of the speakers is good for tv speakers, it has 2 speakers in the bottom and 2 in the top. I have mine paired with a q990 series sound bar the Q symphony feature works great. The HDR contrast of this tv rivals Oleds without the chance of burn in. Its a win win. If you buy this tv you will not be disappointed.

This Samsung Neo QLED completely exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is absolutely stunning — vibrant colors, deep blacks, and incredibly sharp details. Watching sports and movies feels like being at the theater! The smart features are super responsive, and navigating through apps is effortless. The design is sleek and modern, instantly elevating the room’s look. It was easy to mount and set up, and the sound is surprisingly rich even without a soundbar. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home!

This TV for being two years elder to the latest and greatest is absolutely phenomenal! Picture is incredible, tv speakers are regular tv speakers but they don't have the distortion you typically see on tv speakers at high volume. It is probably the most bang for your buck when it comes to inches to cost to picture quality you can find.

This is outstanding. Beats my dad’s 120 inch theater room. Blacks. Contrast functions picture unreal. Expertly installed like a work of art. Behind wall rocket fish Arc to my Sonos Arc 5-1 best sound and picture ever. Easy to operate and hook to my components. Easy to access apps. Apple and android airplay. Beats the QN 80. Awesome tv and I was skeptical about the picture with cable and streaming but it’s been amazing. The picture is flawless and there are pre set modes for any situation, movie, game, cable or whatever you watch or stream. I have had 3 other Samsung tvs and this is my 4th and I bought my mom one and that’s my 5th. They last forever and sync up with everything. I will continue to buy Samsung products.

Really enjoy the size of this 85” TV, Looks great in our home picture quality, brightness and with the soundbar we bought watching movies makes us feel like we are at the theater. Totally recommend this TV !

My experience about Samsung TV is reliable, price, quality.I had 2 Samsung TV from 2010 55 inch and 2012 65 inches still working good. It's time to watching big screen 85 with price drop .New TV good 4k ,colorful, bright.Good time for watch sport on this summer .

We went to check pricing for a new TV for our family room. We meet Josh and told him what we were interested in. He took us straight to this TV and it had all the features with an amazing picture quality. We went over purche option sing we have a Best Buy account and are Total Tech members. We took advantage of the 0% option and got free delivery and set up (this benefit ends this month). This TV has amazing picture quality and is almost like having a home theater. I highly recomend this TV. It is also very aggressively price.

Amazing tv amazing price, great picture and sound quality

I cannot say enough about this TV. I absolutely love it. I can connect my Samsung Ear buds at night so i don't disturb the family. I can stream anything i want from the available apps. It was easy to setup. My phone connects without issues. My stereo connects to it without issues. The picture is great. It is very glossy so it does reflect stuff easily. But if you have any glare film, then it is not as shape and i don’t like that option, so this is good. I sit infront of it so it is not an issue for my.

WOW!! An 85 inch QLED QN90C at $1200 off the original price?? Just because it is a 2023 model?? Unbelievable!! Great...no, awesome picture...it's like being at the movies!!

5/5 - Great TV with superior brightness and picture clarity. I turned off all the motion settings (to eliminate soap opera effect) and changed the picture to dynamic. Game mode automatically turns on when the inputs switch and works great with my xbox series x and PS5. Upscaling and variable refresh works good as well. 4/5 - The smart tv interface (OS) is not the best and clunky. Wish it came with Google or VIZIO’s OS. When I use the chromecast 4k with it, it is too glitchy and juttery so I have to default to the default OS. If I could use google’s OS without a peripheral and it was built-in, it would be perfect.

I was so undecided just because Samsung had Tyzen instead of Google TV. I wanted to use google tv but didn’t want to have 2 remotes.In the end when I went to review the screens I couldn’t take my eyes off of this one. The Best Buy tech recommended us the nvidia shield tv with it. Samsung tv immediately recognized the device upon plug on. best Thing is, I don’t even need 2 remotes. It works with Samsung remote! I got a Samsung soundbar as well. Everything is plug and go. With Samsung soundbar both tv speakers and soundbar work creating surround sound experience. I didn’t imagine it’d be so convenient. I can’t stop talking about how beautiful this tv is. We have too much sunlight in our living room, but there is 0% glare. I see everything. It’s quick and bright. I even like Tyzen.
