Every laptop user should always immediately upgrade to SSD. If the laptop has an HDD. I am mediately upgrade to SSD. And install the operating system on SSD. I purchased an HDD enclosure and use the HDD as an external storage. U Should not use SSD for storage usage.

I have purchased several of these over the last couple of years to upgrade our church computers responsiveness. Each time I've added the SSD users have commented how it feels like a new computer. Replacing as slow 5400rpm hard drive with an SSD does the trick. So we've been able to garner at least a couple more years of life rather than replacing the entire computer. Easy to use transfer software from Samsung. All you need is the connection cable.

Great price. I had never replaced a drive before, but learned how to take old HP Desktop apart on YouTube and easily installed this SSD in old hard drive slot. This drive is much smaller than a mechanical drive and fortunately old screws fit new SSD case holding it in place. Be prepared to get screws to fit SSD in case your existing screws are not compatible. Also computer started Windows installation automatically, presumably from a Bios copy.

Breathed new life into my older computer that was slowing down due to a deteriorating standard hard drive. Worked like a charm and very easy to install. Just needed some good migration software to avoid having to rebuild the PC. Plugged right in. No problems.

Works like it should. Got it for my wife's laptop. I had Best Buy install it and reinstall a fresh copy of windows They did a great job. Go Best Buy.

It was really good and my computer has been working smooth.
