Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible experience- order placed 5 times ... two TV's were broken and had to be returned- completely frustrated!!! the The third tv finally worked- extremely annoying for spending $5,000.00 the first order was sent to wrong address 2nd order - broken tv 3rd order--- incorrectly labled as only a pick up 4th order tv delivered ----- this TV was broken as well 5th order--- 3rd tv was finally installed and functioning

Terrible Customer Service (or lack thereof)

Then no one ever called me back to reschedule delivery even though they promised they would. When I was finally able to track them down hours later, they refused to expedite re-delivery and moved me to the back of the waiting list. I then had to wait FOUR MORE DAYS without a TV before they finally delivered the correct one. Ridiculous, this isn’t 1987. TV works.

GEEK SQUAD AND GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR

FIRST TECH FROM GEEK SQUAD WAS RUDE AND WAS SENT AWAY. 2ND TEMA CAME WITH THE TV AND ONCE INSTALLED THE RMEOTE AND WIFI DID NOT WORK - I HAVE BEEM STRUGGLING FOR DAYS ON END TO HAVE GEEK SQUAD COME AND CHANGE IT TO NO AVAIL. BEST BUY TECH SOLD ME THE PREMIUM PLAN AND IT IS ALL MONEY MAKING EXERCISE - ONE SHOULD BE VARY OF USING GEEK SQUAD

I'm sorry to hear of your Best Buy experience. You may want to consider providing feedback directly to the Best Buy store where you made your purchase.
Please try these steps which may help resolve the remote issues you're having:
1. Press and hold Return and Microphone buttons (diagonally up and to the right of Return). This will reset the remote.
2. Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected
If you’re still experiencing issues with the remote, please also try the following:
- Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
- Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
- Check to see if your remote is charged: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery
- Check for available firmware updates on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
