I replaced my front load washer with this top loader. It is so much quieter. I really like not having to bend over to unload the washer. Also I can easily see if anything is left in washer unlike with the front loader.

Washer has been great and gets clothes nice and clean. I like the fast wash cycles and the quietness of the washer as well as the built in pre-soak sink for getting tough stains out. No complaints so far.

We bought a Samsung washer about 6 months ago and unfortunately it was recalled. However, Samsung stood by their product and gave us a rebate to purchase a new one. The amount of clothes that you can fit in this thing is ridiculous. It has a bunch of different cycles that will accomplish anything you are looking to clean. Based on the performance of my previous Samsung washer, and my experiences with this one thus far, I can recommend this washer to anyone in the market for a new washing machine.

Our old machine had become noisy and was not cleaning as well as it once did. Being mechanically inclined I disassembled the machine found the problem and priced the replacement parts. (about $650.00 with me doing the repair). Off to Best Buy where I found the Samsung on sale for just a little more than the repair parts. Expert delivery as always, Geek Squad protection of course! Best washing machine we have ever owned! I We like the 'music' it plays when it's finished. Beats a rude buzzer hands down.

Love the washer! It is very quiet. And the clothes Come out smelling fresh and soft! Very deep. Hard to reach the bottom. But that is ok. Because you can fit so much in it!

Great value at the time of our purchase, basically buy one get one free for the washer/dryer set. Looks nice, runs quietly, large loads. Happy with the purchase

I absolutely love this washer. It can handle large loads with ease, cleans so well and even has a self cleaner, it is super quiet and it has many great settings. Only down fall is I am super short and so it's hard to get clothes out, but that's where m6 handy step stool comes in. I would recommend this washer for sure. Great purchase!

The amount of laundry that can be washed is great. Less time spent doing laundry for me :) I love the different options on both the washer and dryer! Only issue I've had so far was with the dryer, using the refresh steam option. I'm not sure if it was due to only one garmet being in the dryer, but instead of a nice steaming for wrinkles it ended up coming out wet. Otherwise I love them both!

So far we really love this washer. The capacity is great and settings are easy to use. It's a little louder than I expected when washing.

It's been a month since my purchase and I really like this machine. It is easier to load than a front loader. I also like that I don't have to drain it and it is user friendly. I can do a wash in under 40 min which is a great feature and it cleans well. I don't use the sink feature a whole lot but it comes in handy. It would be perfect for a family with small children, it is a great feature. I do not regret making this purchase.

I love the look and easy use buttons. Lots of usable options lit by blue LED lights. I haven't used the pre-wash basket yet but this a great easy to use option for that last minute articular for the machine. The closes come out clean and spun dry. We did not realize how bad our old machine was until we got this one. The setting are easy to select and one button instead of one for water temp, spin, color or white and bulky. The only thing bad is the big tub for those big loads is so deep I can't always reach the small items in the bottom. Very small problem for big clean loads from a quiet machine. The "i'm finished" music is a nice touch.

My wife and l like all the cycles, it is quiet. My wife likes the presoak sink. Also does a great job cleaning the clothes.

Bought this set after searching for 6 months. So happy with purchase. Self cleaning feature and quick wash times are wonderful. Built in sink is more than a gimic, saved a few kids cloths already.

The machine is bigger than our old one and makes the space tighter, naturally. It is a lot quieter than our old machine, but it takes a while to start as there are a lot more electronics than we are used to. Water doesn't come from the holes unless the machine is on, necessitating us to go to another sink to wash detergent/softener caps.

I love the optional settings. It gives so much flexibility based on your load. Very efficient and quiet machine.

I haven't had any problems and it s been about 2 months. We have 2 little ones and sink does come in handy. Got my water bill and top loaders do use a ton more water than my old front loader did but then in turns cleans the clothes much, much better. Overall, I would probably buy machine again I just wished it didn't use as much water... it made our water bill go up $14 a month. I like the top controls so little ones cannot randomly press buttons like front loaders. Very tall machine I am 5'3" I can reach clothes but on my tippy toes!
