I love this wash machine and how quiet and efficient it is. There's every possible cycle setting imaginable.

Got a great deal on this washer. Went in for an LG and bought a Samsung. Easy to use and very efficient

As our first agitator-less washer, we are greatly surprised at the amount of wear our clothes do not have after repeated washings. We are using much less water and soap/fabric softener. It lets us know when it needs to clean itself without special chemicals, has a great variety of cycles and measures the load size perfectly. Worth the money, very quiet!

The thing I like about this washer is it's huge capacity. Now I don't have to wash every week but instead I can do every two weeks. The washer is so quiet, my laundry room is upstairs and I could hardly hear it downstairs when it's washing, spinning or rinsing. The built-in sink and a water jet are very useful when you have to quickly hand wash it to remove stains before quickly throwing in. I couldn't be happy with my purchase.

I read the reviews before purchase. We haven't had any problems and love the pre-rinse sink. My son got the flu and I had a lot of washing and used the pre-rinse sink several times for soaking and wash. I had some trouble getting the soap rinsed out but a little less soap solved that problem. Still have clean clothes. It's quiet and I often forget it's running. My neighbors washer broke so she used ours. She loved it.

I love it. It is so simple to operate. I simply set it for permanent press and medium spin - and let it go. It does all the thinking for me. I guess I will use it for sleeping bags when they get dirty as well. But for now, everything is either permanent press or 'normal'. Negative: my wife wants to put so much into it that I have to run 2 loads through my dryer. When my dryer dies, I will buy a Samsung drier.

Overall, very happy! The washer and dryer are quiet. The lid and sink combo are a nice feature but make sure you have room over your washer to fully open the lid. We had to move a cabinet.

I previously had a front loader before purchasing the Samsung Activewash. The drum is much larger, has a shorter washing cycle, and weighs items before washing to determine the appropriate amount of water to use. I do not use the sink much, but the washing cycles do a fantastic job of cleaning the clothes/bedding/delicates, so I haven't needed to pretreat! Very satisfied with this machine!

I bought this with $300 discount, very good price. Is quiet, fast and efficient.

Best Buy's option to finance a washer and dryer influenced me to get a Best Buy Credit Card and have not looked back since then. They offer tons of rewards for opening a card with them.

Does a good job washing the clothes and it is much larger than our old machine which was a Maytag front loader. It is a more complicated than our last one but we were able to figure it out after a few days of use. This new model is better than the older one in one respect. The soap tray can be opened all the way with the sink down. The older Samung model that was in the store at the same time would allow you to open the soap tray since the sink got in the way.

Laundry done easier with features of pre treatment of clothes. Can easily see the control function on top...super fast with the quick cycle. Not noisy and balances loads Smartcare helps trouble shoots issues by cell phone. I love the self clean features not using chemicals. Awesome
