Best surprise in an open box item We didn’t know what to expect for this refrigerator. It was open box and wasn’t plugged in. We decided to gamble on it and purchase it! We chose to have it delivered and installed. The delivery guys were amazing. The refrigerator has plenty of room. This replaced a 20 year old Kitchen Aid that I loved. This refrigerator has a modern app to it with the Family Hub. I love looking at my calendar and always the current temp is on display. I love the two different settings for ice cubes. I love that you can change the bottom right freezer to a refrigerator if needed. My grandkids and Adult children like writing on the whiteboard. No issues and I love this refrigerator. It had big shoes to fill.

I wated a couple months to review. So far, the countertop fridge has been great. Its a little smaller than the full depth that im use too but stores a bit. Its fine for the two of us. Love having a separate flex space especially for beverages. But bought it for all the smart features and screen integrating into ring and love seeing whats in fridge while at store. No issues with icemaker but it is early. Got here for membertech warranty. Love having two sizes of ice. Wish the bigger one was bigger though than regular rizee. Only issue is when i take ice scooper from tray , the cap on tray tends to fall if not careful.

This was a replacement. Bestbuy Total tech replaced the older version with the smaller screen from last year as the condenser blew out 18 months after owning. Thank God I had total tech. This is a solid fridge as what we needed was counter depth with the flex fridge options This option only came in black and stainless steel. This was to replace a counter depth fridge that showed total height at 32 in. This one shows total height of 33 in. So I did not think it was going to fit in my space. Turns out only the doors are 33 in and that is the part that sticks out. The back end of it is 32 inches, so it fit perfect. Keep in mind the last version of this one had to have the ice maker removed and fixed twice. After they fixed it and replace the entire ice making unit the second time, everything worked great. But then the condenser blew out, causing Bestbuy to replace it and give me this newer model. I was sad I couldn't get all stainless steel but the black and stainless steel has grown on us. The only thing I don't like is the black is fingerprint magnet crazy. The print show all over the place. Same with the screen. Fingerprint show up everywhere. Not a problem in an adult household. But I have a child with special needs that does not care about washing his hands, so I see his prints all over the place. The fridge makes claims to be fingerprint friendly which is true for the stainless steel but not for the black glass. Love: Auto fill pitcher. The Duel ice options of small and big. The look. Everyone says how cool it looks, and I agree. This is probably the nicest frig on the market. What I don't love: The extra large screen puts out way too much heat. You can feel it when you walk by it. Also I don't get to give you this big huge 32-in screen but they regulate the hell out of it. This should just be an open Android device. I get why they do it. But it's such a waste of beautiful screen real estate. You can watch YouTube videos. And I like to put on screensavers to give the fridge a cool looking appearance of customization but the problem is you can never make the scroll bars disappear. I really wish they would update this so you could be able to put it in full screen and just have the picture showing like normal YouTube. On this model they got rid of the motion sensor when you walk by and the fridge screen will turn on. Doesn't really make sense to me. Seems like they went backwards with that. Spotify is okay. The Samsung free TV is okay. Except it can be wonky when it goes into picture-in-picture. The built-in art is cool but where's the option to get more? Like on the Samsung frame TV? They really limit the options with the big huge screen. Samsung TVs allow you to get the Spectrum app. But for some reason this fridge doesn't. I don't understand why it doesn't update and add more apps. Overall the fridge works good but could be much better to utilize that huge beautiful screen they put on there.

The refrigerator works very well and we're satisfied with it. Although smaller than our first one, it still serves the purpose well. Love the ability to add photos in the door.

Absolutely love it.. I changed the stainless to pink. I love being able to change panels & to my complete surprise the panels came quick. I wish I could check the panel that has the family hub

Very sharp looking frig and more option than we were looking for in a frigerator but are enjoying many of the special features.

It works as designed and is a very solid product. The technology is very impressive with minimal bugs. The app is very intuitive….Good Job Samsung!

absolutely love this refrigerator, it looks great, has enough room for us at 23cf. We down sized and it is a perfect fit. The monitor is amazing so far. I just downloaded the manual from Samsung and it's giving me all of the answers. Easy to set up, change screens, and design your own family hub. Freezer is also a good size, two lower doors and the right side can be programed to also be refrigerator space. Really love this so far. They have larger models for a larger family.

We love our new refrigerator. It is smaller in cubic feet but we have another refrigerator also so this one we simply keep all that we need often. The screen seemed frivolous at first but we have now been using it with frequency and we love it. The two different ice sizes are great as well as the filtered easy access water in the door. It is taller but still fit. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it to others

Very contemporary and really transforms our kitchen. The fridge gets cold really fast which was surprising. The screen is big and responsive which we haven't used too much however it is nice to be able to play some music on. The pitcher and easy access door for drinks is a plus however if you want to quickly access water without opening a door this could be a drawback for you.

Great refrigerator! We absolutely love it! We used to have a bigger refrigerator but this one literally holds more. It’s an amazing design. The family hub is awesome. We listen to music or put recipe videos on it. We will never be able to go back. Highly recommended.

Fantastic product. Functional and fun. Kids loved it. Only “negative” was the slightly more complicated filter change process. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely love this fridge. We needed a counter depth fridge, the flex option and didn't want drawers. The screen has been so useful (which i didn't think we would use much, but have pretty much daily since getting). Having two different kinds of ice to choose from has also been great! In addition to the ice, having the water pitcher and dispenser has made for ease of use when in a hurry to fill up a cup or make a flavored water in the dispenser.
