This review is for the smaller "counter depth" version of this fridge. I haven't spent much time with it yet. I received it yesterday and today I got up and worked my way through removing all the interior and exterior protective plastic strips. Everything was well packed with all the door shelves secured in the freezer drawer. The dual ice maker had been working all night, so I dumped out the ice from the new water filter. I also unwrapped the ice water pitcher, so that it could fill. At this point, I will say this "bespoke" model is a truly beautiful refrigerator See photo)! It looks perfect with my white kitchen cabinets. I specifically selected the bespoke model for those lovely white glass doors and they do not disappoint! I bought the lower end model without the beverage dispenser door and ice/water squirter, because I've had those options before and never used them. For me, it was much more important to gain back a little interior storage space, especially in the door that is usually used by these features. Once again, this is the smaller counter depth model, so you really need this interior space. This model does include the automatic ice water pitcher. I haven't had this option in a fridge before, but I'm looking forward to it. I've got two 80 pound Labradors who drink more than a gallon of water daily, so I'm gaining back the space I've been using to chill their big water bottle. I do agree with the criticism that this model seems to need a little more clearance in order to fully open the doors (minus one star). That will take some getting used to, so it's something to be aware of.

Great buy! Found this in the open box store area. Had two minor dings; one on the freezer door (bottom left) & the other on the left side bottom. Other than that the appliance was perfect. Upside: Love the door mounted built-in auto fill water pitcher, along with the ice maker (it makes both small and large cubes); this give the feel of a custom unit. The outside dimensions are very deceiving; while the outside is rather compact, inside there is ample space. A nice touch is the retractable shelve to allow for taller items. The refrigerator overall is smart looking and easy to maintain (clean), inside and out. The shelving is easy to remove for spills and cleaning which is a huge plus. The outside, having no protruding door handles, make wiping down the doors so easy. I’ve had it for about two weeks now and honestly I can’t find one downside to this refrigerator. Because this was an open box I elected to go with the 3-year protection plan (Samsung Care+) a little pricey but for the open box deal I got I thought I couldn’t go wrong with some peace of mind. Just a note, I was told I had two weeks (from the purchase date) to purchase the extended protection and I let that expire. I called Samsung and they allowed me to purchase the plan. Too, when purchasing an open-box major appliance, check the manufacturer’s original warranty period, it may be shorter than the normal 1 year coverage as it was in my case. And finally, the delivery. All went smoothly; I was able to pick my delivery date and was well informed throughout the process. In fact on the delivery day it was delivered an hour before my two hour window. The setup was quick and easy ; everything was completed as one would expect. I would most definitely make Best Buy my go-to store for my next purchase.

Great refrigerator...wifi, spacious, great water dispenser an icemaker....

We are in love with the Samsung Bespoke model. We went with Brushed silver, but have rebates for a free set of panels. Plus we got a $100 gift. The refrigerator is AWESOME. So much room. It fit perfectly and was installed quickly

I've only had it a week but so far, Absolutely love the refrigerator it fits perfect for a small kitchen and pretty and makes 2 different types of ice.

Love this fridge! It’s very spacious and looks very modern. The only critique i can give is that the doors are slightly uneven. It’s not too noticeable unless you look very closely. It does bother me once in while. But i still love it nonetheless.

I bought this and just love it. The auto refillable water pitcher is a gamechanger. I also bought a different set of colored panels and it looks so nice, and my neighbors are jealous.

We love everything about this fridge. We have it linked to our google home app so it lets us know if the door was left open. The two different ice options are nice and we love the water pitcher!

Love this refrigerator! The auto fill pitcher is everything and I love the two sizes of ice. Filter is easy to replace. I also love that you can use the glass door as a white board with expo markers, so fun! Year in and no issues.

It fit right into the area needed. The two fellows delivering did a great job! I am in the fridge frequently for supplements, so the “outside” door would have been a great option…. Fingerprints are very difficult to remove and without handles, can happen rapidly- but has a nice smooth surface - no water/ice dispensers to mess the sleek lines. Freezer is smaller than I am used to- this is the 24cu/ft. We were very limited by the space our prior fridge occupied.

I love this refrigerator. The first one I got had a slight blemish on the bottom panel but Best Buy changed it out for a new one. There is so much efficient space in this fridge. The internal water pitcher refills quickly and the water is cold. All of the storage drawers are great and it looks amazing.

The Samsung refrigerator is not only great looking but the storage layout is perfect with 8 door compartments for food. I have the 24 cubic foot and so much room for large width trays and steam pans. Freezer also has four compartments and i live that you have the option not to use the ice maker but if you want to at a later date you can. So i have additional freezer storage as a result. Great product. Looks so good I plan to update my double oven.
