This review is for the smaller "counter depth" version of this fridge. I haven't spent much time with it yet. I received it yesterday and today I got up and worked my way through removing all the interior and exterior protective plastic strips. Everything was well packed with all the door shelves secured in the freezer drawer. The dual ice maker had been working all night, so I dumped out the ice from the new water filter. I also unwrapped the ice water pitcher, so that it could fill. At this point, I will say this "bespoke" model is a truly beautiful refrigerator See photo)! It looks perfect with my white kitchen cabinets. I specifically selected the bespoke model for those lovely white glass doors and they do not disappoint! I bought the lower end model without the beverage dispenser door and ice/water squirter, because I've had those options before and never used them. For me, it was much more important to gain back a little interior storage space, especially in the door that is usually used by these features. Once again, this is the smaller counter depth model, so you really need this interior space. This model does include the automatic ice water pitcher. I haven't had this option in a fridge before, but I'm looking forward to it. I've got two 80 pound Labradors who drink more than a gallon of water daily, so I'm gaining back the space I've been using to chill their big water bottle. I do agree with the criticism that this model seems to need a little more clearance in order to fully open the doors (minus one star). That will take some getting used to, so it's something to be aware of.

Love this fridge! It’s very spacious and looks very modern. The only critique i can give is that the doors are slightly uneven. It’s not too noticeable unless you look very closely. It does bother me once in while. But i still love it nonetheless.

I’m extremely happy with my new freezer! It has plenty of storage space, runs quietly, and keeps everything perfectly frozen. The energy efficiency is a big plus, and the sleek design fits beautifully in my kitchen. The temperature control is easy to adjust, and I appreciate the fast-freeze feature for when I need to quickly freeze groceries. Highly recommend this freezer to anyone looking for reliable and spacious cold storage!

We bought this fridge to replace our older Kenmore, and it’s been a great upgrade. The design is sleek, and we chose the white glass panel, which looks fantastic. It’s very spacious inside, even though it doesn’t have a deli drawer, but that hasn’t been an issue for us. The shelves in the doors are thoughtfully designed, and we love the auto pitcher fill feature. While we don’t use the freezer much, I appreciate that it offers two different sizes of ice. I also want to mention the Best Buy delivery service—they were punctual, did an excellent job assembling the fridge, and hauled away the old one. Five stars for that!

6 weeks in and I lOVE this refrigerator. The space is amazing and so easy to find room for everything. The autofill water pitcher is perfect for filling bottles or just a glass. I'm not used to a bottom freezer but this holds so much. Love the two sizes of ice cubes. Occasionally I have to double check that the door is closed...it's so quiet. French door is the way to go!

This refrigerator has met all my needs. Perfect amount of space. The self filling water pitcher is a great option. Very easy to clean and keep organized which was my primary reason for purchasing a new refrigerator.

I bought a home 5 years ago that had a built in SubZero fridge. Without totally bashing that brand, there's something to be said about form over function, and I hated everything about that unit's form since day 1. Everything. Let's face it, a refrigerator/freezer's function is pretty simple: keep your food cold and fresh. For that reason form becomes the more important factor, and the Samsung Bespoke counter depth has that in spades. Soft close doors that are well balanced, stay open when you need, rest partly closed if you need, and gently shut when you're done. Ample space, adjustable multi-level shelving, with a unique half-depth shelf to allow taller item storage as needed, roomy drawers, VERY roomy door storage, dual sized ice maker, auto fill pitcher... the list goes on and it all just works drama free. Btw I have well water and the easily replaceable filter works really well, as made apparent by my ice having little to no taste or smell. The small control panel in the unit is simple enough to use, and though I haven't really explored much of the "smart" features, it's nice to know they're there for future use. On top of that and more, it also just looks really nice and modern, yet simple and understated, literally exactly what I'd want from a fridge, besides its obvious purpose which, btw, works flawlessly and quietly! Only small gripes are I wish there were a few more notches of shelf level customization than the few it has, and I wish the 2nd row of drawers could be opened with just one of the 2 doors open. But my solution to that was to put more frequently accessed items in the topmost drawer that can be opened with just one side open. A small compromise for an otherwise fantastic fridge.

Counter Depth was only option for our kitchen and I love to cook so I have a lot of food. Upgrading from our older fridge to this was a great decision. Functionality of space for fruits, veggies, etc. is the biggest difference. In my opinion, the models with the beverage center access door are more of a hassle.

Nice fridge with enough space for my husband and I. It has a sleek look and blends in well with our decor. We actually have the 3 door off white color. The only downfall wasI was not told I had to purchase the water filter and when I called I was given the run around. I still do not know which one to buy.

Very nice refrigerator ! Spacious, quiet and love the auto-fill water dispenser. Also great to have 2 kinds of ice. Love the clean streamline look. Purchased the White Glass with the Morning Blue Glass bottom panel.

Although it’s counter depth, it has plenty of space. Very clean and sleek.

This refrigerator is perfect for us. Lots of cubic space for food storage. The ice cube trays are my favorite as they provide both cubes and mini cubes. We are so happy we purchased this particular refrigerator.

The space within the fridge it was just like effect for us. The division and the shelves were on point including the water bottle that it comes with. Totally recommended
