Love how easy it is to clean on the outside. It has every feature you possibly need. So happy with this appliance

The microwave is a little bit complicated to be used, even though has many features it doesn’t heat up enough unless you add more time to it, however the oven seems to work well so far.

This oven SUCKS! We’ve had nothing but trouble with this oven. Turns off constantly with an error message every time. Weve had a repair company out three times, and it was unsuccessful each time. This is all within the 1-year warranty. Fighting with samsung to get it refunded.

Purchased on 12/02 and was told it was in stock and would be delivered on 12/30. On 12/22 it was delayed to 1/11, on 1/05 it was then again delayed to 2/28 and I cancelled my order. If you read through reviews on Best Buy this is typical. I will never buy appliances from Best Buy again.

Waited 2 months for it to arrive. They installed it and the oven door got locked after 2 days. We called Samsung and they sent people over to solve the problem TWICE and they were not able to fix it. That being said we waited weeks for “the most experienced person “ I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this purchase. It was not a cheap product.
