Within 45 days of installation the lower oven door locked itself and refuses to open. Best Buy Geek Squad has tried to fix and unfortunately Samsung doesn't even have the available parts available. It was an oversight on our part when purchasing to not have noticed that the lower oven door has no handle.

Please don't purchase this item, bought it brand new and it broke out of the box, so Best Buy sent Cone Appliance to the home to fix the door that was broken, and they couldn't fix it. So Samsung paid me for the item for me to purchase another one, i did so through Best Buy again bad idea, it's going on April, and haven't received it yet and this been since the end of 2024, customer service sucks.

Too difficult to figure out how to operate. Even when picking amount of time to cook is difficult and still can't figure out how to have the time showing at all times.
We can feel what you have to go through with your microwave.
Please see pages 27 to 32 in the Basic Operation section of the manual for the detailed steps on how to set the cooking time and what time is need for each type of food.

I bought it in april 2024 and haven't receive it. Best buy keep sending emails pushing the date back, now is july 15, 2024.

Mildred is a rock star!

We are happy with the double oven. Mildred was an absolute rock star to work with! She deserves more than 5 stars. We just returned and bought a great vacuum from her. Mildred knows the products and program and I will drive past several Best Buys to work with Mildred.

Orderd this oven in May for it to arrive in July. It has now been pushed back 5 times to November currently. New house and we have no oven. Best Buy will do nothing to make it right. Im sure it will get pushed back more. We got all the appliances to match, so if this doesn’t come we have to return all which will be another fight ebcause the other appliance will be out of return window. BEST BUY, WHY IS THIS ITEM STILL AVAILABLE ON YOUR SITE!!!??
