We've had this range for about 2 weeks and we are loving it. It's our first induction range, and it works great although we had to replace a few more pans than we thought we would. It is stylish and the induction burners are super responsive. Oven heats up quickly as well. We're very happy with this purchase so far!

No directions with the stove. Had to watch u tube to see how to work the stove and oven. Make sure your pans will work on the stove. Air fryer basket that comes with the unit does not come with a drip pan, had to buy on of Amazon to keep from making a mess in the oven. So far pleased with the unit. Learning curve to using.

The only reason for the 3 stars is my personal preferences. The oven itself is high-end, works well and looks beautiful and sleek. I was not a fan of the digital burners. We love the fact that it is induction, but not having nobes was something I could get used to. It doesn't feel like you're cooking. Outside of that, it's a great product.

Long story short. This is the best dishwasher we have ever bought. It performs as advertised.

Amazing induction range. You need to read the instructions carefully but then it heats fast, responds to the app, self cleans. Could not be better!

Purchased and stoped working 18 days after received. Best buy return polocy was off already so we had to deal with Samsung customer service. They were not able to fix it by phone so they sent a "local" company to fix it. The technician mention that he didn't have any training on this new line. 1st visit he couldn't fix it so he order parts, 2nd visit parts didnt fix the issue so he ordered more parts, 3rd visit parts didnt fix the issue so he ordered more parts. 1 more week passed and parts didnt arrived. Today it has been 4-5 weeks without a range. Now samsung says they will replace it but my best option will arrive 2-3 more weeks. Can you imagine? Now, i dont know what to do since I have already all the BESPOKE line in my kitchen so I will have to get just a replacement and wish for the best. Now talking about the first 18 days that it worked, we relly like it, its just the buttons a little hard to press but once you get it it gets easier.

This replaced an awful old coil burner electric stove and it's night and day! I'm still getting used to the "Smart" features but it's a joy to be working with an electric range that performs as well as the Wolf Range I had for several years!

Looks sleek and so pretty. Works great so far. No complaints.

This is a great range. It heats quickly and evenly and doesn’t heat the kitchen like our gas range did. I really like that I get a message on my phone when a timer goes off, I can adjust the levels via the smart app.

I love Bespoke stove. We love how beautiful and elegant it looks in our kitchen.

Really nice switched from electric and wish we wouldve done it sooner. Cooking is so much faster

Easy to use touch controls. Cooktop cleans up with no effort just wipes off.

This is my first induction range , and I LOVE it! It’s not only functional, it’s beautiful as well!

Induction is a game changer and with the built in air fryer, cooking is fun again.

Would recommend new technology you need special pans for the range

Selling point was a promotion for a $430 set of induction cookware from Circulon, as current cookware is not compatible, of course after waiting months for delivery and finally getting approval for the promotion, the cookware is out of stock. I am disappointed after paying $5,000 for a set of Samsung appliances. Guess we have to buy all new induction cookware on top of appliance cost.
