The touch controls are intuitive, and the safety features, like auto shut-off and child lock, provide peace of mind. Cleaning is a breeze since spills don’t burn onto the surface. The only downside is that you need induction-compatible cookware, but that’s a minor.

I ordered this oven in May. When it arrived around June 20, the control panel didn't work. Dead on arrival. Best Buy sent out a technician a couple weeks later to assess the issue. He suggested a replacement. Okay, that can happen. You can get a lemon occasionally. Best Buy picked it up this week (July 24) and installed the new one. Apparently there's a circuit board issue on the replacement. If you keep it plugged in, the circuit causes the oven to lock itself and it needs to be be unplugged to unlock it. Nope! One issue on one oven is bad, but another serious issue on a replacement oven is a deal-breaker. I've requested a refund and I'm researching other oven brands. There's a serious circuit board issue with this model. I've been without an oven for a couple months. I'm willing to wait to find the right oven for me. Best Buy was fine throughout the process. A little slow, but fine, helpful and courteous. Samsung is the issue.

The new range is great except for the area where the pans go. I would have been helpful to have each burner light up so you know where the pans are. You cant tell they are in the circle correctly

I'd love to tell you about this stove, but, as Best Buy does not include the cord, I cannot. It has been sitting in my kitchen waiting for installation. The cord is not included and Best Buy will not use anything but their own provided cord. Because of timing and schedule, I've had to wait an additional two weeks to have this hooked up. So if you are buying from Best Buy, please be sure that you give them extra money in the form of an additional purchase of the cord. And yes, I do have a power cord, brand new, sitting here with the stove but Best Buy 3rd party installers won't use it. Installation is scheduled and I hope the range is worth the trouble. But if Best Buy is going to MANDATE cord use, then Best Buy needs to INCLUDE it with the purchase. Never been so annoyed by services. And I'm willing to bet the cord I was required to purchase is exactly what my electrician provided when he wired the kitchen.
