I have tried every drying setting and some items still remain wet. Sanitary cycle is great for pet water and food dishes. Stainless steel panel on the dishwasher front is thin and dents easily. Interior light is wonderful and a welcomed additional extra.

We loved the 3rd shelf in this dishwasher and the overall look of it. Sadly, it only lasted just over the 5 year mark eventhough it was only used 2 to 3 times weekly. The waterwall suddenly stopped working. ( would run a few minutes then stop with a 7E error code) . The only other issue we had with it was the dishes were never completely dry. We recently just purchased a new dishwasher ( Kitchen Aid) that was several hundred less and with a heated dry . Most of our appliances are Samsung, but we decided to try a different brand in hopes of it lasting a little longer.

This is an amazing dishwasher, high end. Runs very quiet, I love the blue light, and all of the accessories and extra features. On today's date I sadly report it just stopped working. Hoping to get it fixed soon so that I can enjoy clean dishes again. The light in the dishwasher comes on but you cannot push any buttons. Happened out of nowhere. Not a good sign but there is hope.

About a month ago we replaced a 19.5 year old Bosch. I liked the efficiency of this, the new waterwall process, third rack...it was actually similar to Bosch. I tested with plate of dried on egg and it worked great. still issue if you stack bowls too close on second shelf with dried on food. No problem with dishes drying, and I love the light.

the Samsung dishwasher functions very well. One should rinse off dishes with hot water to prevent dishwashers filter from clogging prematurely and to prevent odors from forming

Excellent cleaning and is extremely quiet. The door opens when complete and the air drying works well.

Live the connectivity and interior design. Fabulous product but I've come to expect nothing less from Samsung.

The dishwasher washes really well however, we have to get it serviced every three months due to the ‘eco friendly’ motor. This cost saving change causes a mountain of issues since the motor isn’t strong enough to properly drain the dishwasher. The constant clogging is more than irritating and no one enjoys having their sleep interrupted by a continuous error chime that is only disabled by unplugging the dishwasher or cutting power to the outlet.

Quiet, cleans the best out of any dishwasher! Reliable, f-ing awesome!

Worked great for a month. Loved the 3 racks. Super quiet. A month of good operation, then hit start, makes an effort for a minute and then 3 beeps and the lights flash. Doesn’t start and never provides an error code or anything. After just over a month of operation, too. I love Samsung products which is why we paid so much for this. I will be calling Best Buy tomorrow.

Nice dishwasher, Have had to service it 1 time now.

Like the new water fall is very quiet do not know when it is running

Only complaint would be that the third rack was neat but prevented be able to adjust the middle rack for spacing

Broke within the first year. Leak detection error. Repaired once under warranty then could not repair again so had to get an exchange. Stay away from Samsung for appliances!

Dishwasher is good, so far. Takes about 1.5 hrs for a full cycle. It is so quiet, you don't even know it is on.

Paid 560 for the floor model and 40% off that price because of Memorial Day Weekend. Wife loves me more lol

Love how quiet it is. Still figuring it out on the placement of dishes but all in all is very nice.
