Daughter needed a computer and this is what she picked out. You can't hook up a USB cord to it, if I had to do it over I wouldn't get this again.

It worked great til about 3 months ago, the WiFi won’t stay connected. I thought it might be my old router, so I bought a new one. Nope, didn’t fix the problem. I’ve contacted Samsung about once a month, they keep telling me to do a “power wash”. That works for about 1 day. One of the tech guys mentioned sending it to them for repairs, that ain’t happenin’. I’m just gonna go buy another laptop (NOT a Samsung!) ah well, that’s my usual life story...

When it works, is great. It has trouble connecting to my wifi when it restarts. Although, once connected, the Chromebook is very good.

Good if u need just internet.no backlight on this model.so u cant c the keys at night.they came out with a backlight model

Good but i needed a labtop to run fidelity app if u want to just surf the web would recommend

I was willing to overlook the flaky keyboard... Worked for a little over a month with very minimal usage (like about 10 hours in all). Now the screen no longer turns on. Best Buy apparently didn't actually add the protection plan to my account even though I specifically asked for it.

I had some fun using this, but barely 2 hours after I bought it the device stopped booting. I charged it for about and hour after it stopped and it still wouldn't boot. I returned it and got a full refund then bought an Acer Chromebook R11 aspire.

I purchased this Samsung chrome pro and from day 1 I had issues with it. Charger went bad then the battery then the screen is jumping. samsung covered the repairs but I havent gotten to use more than 2 weeks at a time. when its working its a good product. maybe I have a "Lemon"

I bought my CB open box at my local Best Buy and I absolutely love my CB! I'm so in love with my Samsung CB it is everything I could ask for in a laptop. This is my first CB ev-er! It is so fast and syncs everything from my phone to my laptop. I love the screen, I love my S-pen that it came with (even though it's a tad bit small for my taste). I chose to go with a CB because I needed something for school and my HP windows laptop is too slow for me. Don't get me wrong it's a great laptop. I paid with it with my own money 3 years ago for school. But I've loaded a lot of files and pictures on it that the memory is so full; that now it runs slow. I needed something new and something just for school but I didn't want another Windows laptop because of all the updates and lag I got with it from my experience on my other laptop. I started with my research on Chromebooks and came to fall in love with the newest ones and I knew I wanted the Samsung plus version or the Pro. I had my head set for the plus initially because I knew I couldn't afford the Pro brand new out of the box. Luckily my lovely husband one open box at the store and it was within our budget for a laptop. My Chromebook can tell was used very lightly and that the owner previously returned it because they didn't like the keyboard or the function of the CB. Because of how brand new it looked and it was still sporting it's open box stickers. Anywho, I'm so glad my husband found this. I'm absolutely in love with it and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I definitely recommend this to anyone needing a new CB for school or for travel.

i wish i knew i could return this after i opened it. ive had it for 3 months and ive had to send it back to samsung for glitches twice already. overall, wish i bought something else with Windows. it was useful for traveling and general use for the airport.

Biggest reason I bought it was to run apps. It will do it but not as expected. Preferred to just use my laptop.

You're not supposed to wet electronics, but this thing is begging to be sprayed with holy water. After a while of usage, whatever you're viewing on the screen starts jumping around all spastic. You'll try to click on something, but can't because it keeps moving around. This things needs an exorcism. Hate it!
