My Samsung Family hub not only met expectations, but far exceeded. I love having Bixby giving me my appointments for the day, but also the weather and news. I leave cute notes and my not so great art on whiteboard for my family when they come to the kitchen. Needless to say, love having Pandora. This is the future at our fingertips. Love..love..love it

It is an amazing fridge, beyond what I expected to get. No glitches with the tablet. Easy to manage. Highly recommend it, worth every penny.

There is so much room. The lighting is great so you can see everything. Tons of space for produce. Our family loves this fridge so far!

Samsung Family Hub is technologically great fridge

I replaced a 12yo model we had and wow, the 28cu. ft. was really needed for our growing pre-teen kids. This fridge is large and just barely made it through the front door. (I had to remove our front door so that it cleared) It was really easy to setup and works very well. It’s very bright inside with the LED lighting. The flex door comes in really handy for our deli meats and cheese. It makes it easier for the kids to make a sandwich without having to open the big door every time. It has a very deep freezer with plenty of room on the top drawer and has a door pocket for smaller items. The ice maker works and supplies the usual cubed and crushed ice and water. It doesn’t seem to take too much room in the fridge. There’s still plenty of space on the door with the ice dispenser for small items and the other door has gallon bins on them. We use the touch screen to make a shopping list that get's sent to my phone. It made my trip to the market so much faster since I didn't have to call my wife several times to ask what else was needed. She was able to update the list as I was on my way to the market. Another great feature is being able to look into the fridge (not the freezer) and see what you have inside while you’re out. The items I crossed off from my shopping list stay in a reminder list with expiration dates based on when I crossed it off. It sends me a reminder when certain products might be expired which is really cool. I’m able to play (Pandora and iHeart Radio) from it and stream the audio to my Bluetooth speaker. I can stream from my Samsung TV over to my fridge, for example, a cooking show that you had recorded on your DVR can be played back to your fridge. A feature that I also liked was that we can send notes from the screen, for example, I needed my son to do an errand and from my phone I wrote a message that came up on the screen on the fridge. My son also loves to draw pictures, so he is always drawing images on it. One thing that I noticed was that the front doors aren’t magnetic, so you can't stick anything to it, but the sides you can. For my kid’s accomplishments from school, instead of sticking them to the fridge, I take a picture of it and sent it to the fridge to display. I don’t have any real issues with it other than it leaves some finger prints and that sometimes I notice that the screen doesn’t time out and have noticed that it was on overnight. I guess time will tell if this will cause any screen burn in down the road.

The right side door handle is loose somebody needs to come back and screw it together properly. It's not done right.

This refrigerator is perfect for a growing family who requires space for weekly shopping trips and at times leftovers. This appliance is well designed with a two-drawer freezer on the bottom. Because there are two drawers it’s easy to see what you have or place more delicate items in the top drawer. The top French doors open to a large area with a well-designed interior with plenty of shelf door space. It’s easy to see and plan weekly meals. And yes, a large pizza box can easily be placed on any of the shelves. The flex drawer is great for party planning or pre-prepared meals for school or work lunches. There is so much technology incorporated into this appliance. The refrigerator is well lit by the led lighting and the cameras are helpful during shopping trips. Do we have any milk left? Did I remember to pull the steak out of the freezer? The tablet embedded in the door is great for a family to share schedules on the included calendar application and having Bixby available to add items to my shopping list or even to ask questions about recipes or anything in general. I have many times planned my weekend using the weather report I obtained from my refrigerator. This is a high-end appliance and one I will enjoy using for years to come.

I am in love with this fridge as its huge and has great features. I like how I can browse youtube on it or listen to music. I loved the Bixby feature which answers your questions. I have put up my pictures on the fridge which gives it a very customized feeling. I like how the storage is huge and love the deli tray as that where my chicken and meat goes. Only thing I do not like about this fridge as the French doors don't close on their own and we have to press the doors hard to shut it.Well at least there is an alarm when the doors are not properly shut so you know they didn't shut properly. I wish the door had more storage to keep the paper cartons of milk. There is not much place for high cartons or packages in the inside shelves. Overall I love product as it fulfills its purpose of a huge fridge and has lovely lcd features to use. Also we can download their app to see what is inside the fridge when we are out of home. I received this product at a discount in exchange of my honest opinion.

2 things i would change or that i wish were better is the ice maker and top shelf. The ice maker is the noisiest thing ever! I have never heard an ice maker this loud before. And the top shelf. It only has one side of the top shelf that flips up so you can have your taller jugs. It only holds like 4 tall items... and they are squished together at that. So one gallon of milk, 1 tea jug, a juice and an orange juice and your maxed! I have to put the 2 liters or big coffee creamer on their side. And there is not enough door space so you can't put those items there.... The middle drawer, freezer and family hub is what keep me loving this fridge. Maybe the next one will be a little better designed.

This fridge is new enough that we can't review on a significant length of time, however the new techy options are very cool. Bixby show the fridge, Bixby play Pandora, very cool. The Samsung fridge is super cutting edge with its design and everyone who sees comments how nice it is. Everything at this point works great and fingers crossed the ice machine stays good. No complaints at this time!

Refrigerator does everything it states. Is very quiet except for the ice maker at time, which is no different than any other refrigerator I’ve seen. Great space inside. Easy access to water filter. I love the center draw as it has multiple temperature settings. I use this draw for lunch items mostly, kids drinks, deli sandwiches items, etc. Some minor negatives that should be considered before buying and is why I did not give 5 stars. The space on the inside of the water dispensing door fits very little so there is little use for the shallow depth shelving. Having the digital screen on the front eliminates the dual door that allows you to grab items like milk from an interior door without fully opening the entire refrigerator door. I was skeptical about the digital front panel at first but am growing to love it. Very intuitive to set up and use. 9 year had notes all over within the first 5 minutes of using. I personally like to be able to remotely see the inside of the refrigerator from my phone while shopping. Another big item I use is the shopping list feature which ties to my iPhone. Overall, great refrigerator for the first month. Hoping it lasts. Hoping the OS on the digital front panel continues to stay relevant/updated for long awhile.

Very nice looking fridge. The screen is not like a regular tablet where you can download from the playstore. Apps are very limited. No YouTube unless you use the browser. The freezer drawer is pretty noisey when opening. The only time we really use the screen is for slideshows or kids drawing on the whiteboard.

We have only scratched the surface on this beautiful refrigerator. Yesterday, the fridge sent me an alert that the door was open. My boys left the freezer door open as they grabbed ice packs for their luch boxes. If I did not receive an alert, the freezer door would have been left open 6 hours before someone made it home. I love using the calendar and internet on the door and even the suggested meals based on the view from the camera. Again, we have only scratched the surface and have so much to learn on this refrigerator. Love it so far!

Great except the icemakerThis fridge can do about anything you can watch TV you can have recipes talking to you you can put family photos up play music look inside of your refrigerator when you’re at the grocery store I love it just go with one that does not get

Great looking refridgerator. Love the space . Family Hub is ok. I feel it could be better. Its slow sometimes, tv mirroring is great feature but its slow in responding.

We love this refrigerator. Interfaces with our Samsung TV and able to use with our cell phones for in-door camera when we’re at grocery store. Love the WiFi options & photo gallery. plenty of room in fridge & our frozen pizzas actually fit In freezer
