We have fridge envy amongst our friends. We have loved how interactive it is and we utilize the messaging capabilities frequently.

This refrigerator died within 1.5 years. It is the worst purchase I have ever made and I would recommend going with and American made Refrigerator that will actually keep food cold and do its job! I wrote this review as my food has been kept cold in a camping ice chest for 8 weeks and the Samsung refrigerator is at 80+ degrees. The service also sucks.... Hence, why we still can’t use this expensive fridge. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy Samsung.

My opinion changed a lot after Irma. I lost power for 36 hours and my ice cream was still frozen solid. Great insulation. But bad ergonomics inside. Very little space for tall items. 2/3 in one door. A foldin half shelf makes a little more room in a bad location. Covers up what’s behind them. I do think the flex zone is great. It’s just two of us. So one zone for a freezer is all we need. The WI-FI panel is limited. It could be great. Yes I can see inside when I’m in the store. But can’t see what is in the door. Or some other areas of the refrigerator. Good as a tablet. Can go on the internet. Can’t use the food shopping app. Not available in my area. Not like I live in the middle of knowwhere. Over all it is a good refrigerator. If the touch screen wasn’t limited I would forgive for limited bottle space.

Great features and very spacious. Cools quickly and evenly. Lighting helps keep everything visible. I love the flex section which can change it's cooling as needs dictate. The hub is handy since all the day's appointments are right on the front. I enter things on the grocery list as I think of them or run low on something and when I get to the store the list is on my phone. The date feature makes it easy to keep track of what needs to be used and if I did forget to check if I need yogurt or milk, etc. I can double check by looking in the fridge while I am at the store. I use the mirror TV for watching something while I make dinner. Very handy.

My wife and I were in need of a new refrigerator as ours was slowly dying. We had been looking at the model without the tablet in the door as we didn't think it was necessary. We ended up finding this one on sale as a refused delivery and jumped on it. We are glad we did! Great refrigerator, spacious, the filtered water and ice maker makes it nice (we never thought we would use it), and the tablet is just icing on the cake. Had a couple of damaged parts from the previous delivery, but Best Buy had that taken care of within two weeks of receiving the unit at no cost to us. So glad we decided to get this refrigerator, would buy it again.

I never thought I would say I loved a Fridge, but I love this fridge. When my 12 year old Kenmore fridge was dying, I dreaded buying a new fridge because It hurt my stomach to think of spending $1500-$2500 on a new fridge, just to keep my food cold. I spent over $3K on this fridge and love the decision. It is a true Family Hub. The kids love drawing pictures on fridge, and posting photos on the fridge. I check the weather on the fridge door first thing every morning. Kids listen to music on the fridge every night when doing dishes. I love that the bottom right door can be converted from Fridge to Freezer. We rarely ever use our freezer, just for ice cream and a few frozen food items, so being able to use the fridge for 75% fridge and 25% freezer is a great feature for us. I would give this 6 stars if I could and if you can afford it, I would recommend buying this as your next family fridge.

The space is great inside! Using the flex door as fridge and still have enough space in 1 door freezer. Technology details for the display screen are lacking, and no one from Best Buy or geek squad knew how to mirror the Samsung tv in my living room. Come to find out, my tv model was a 2014 and it had to be a 2015. That was a real bummer, since that feature was the thing that got me off of the fence! I would recommend to a friend, but would advise them to thouroughly research about all of the bells and whistles.

Let's just say you will not be disappointed,I receive my refrigrator from Bestbuy about a month ago,customer service was excellent,no hassles or problems,as for Samsung appliances I am in love,no problem so far with any of my purchase,as for my Samsung family hub,it's so amazing lots of surprises from the camera,to Pandora,my hub will even order groceries.. Will surely recommend this Samsung family hub,if you are on the fence,please take a chance you will not be disappointed...

We love our new fancy fun fridge! Works great, cooled so fast after it was first installed. LOVE having the option to make the bottom right a fridge or a freezer! Love leaving notes for each other. Playing Pandora is awesome! But my favorite features are the weather at a glance as I get my coffee creamer in the am, seeing our calendar and upcoming events every time I'm at the fridge and sending pictures of our recent fun to the fridge. The kids love seeing their pictures on the fridge! SO fun! So many great features. Can't wait to get the matching stove and microwave!!

Issues: 1) One of door unable to stay open when loading up the food from grocery bag, this require to lift door up to stay open. 2) Mirror TV app must have Samsung Smart TV 6400 series and above released in 2015, older TV model or other brand is not compatible. 3) No screen protector for the touchscreen. 4) Grocery app is not available in State of Ohio. 5) Microphone feature is not functional at this time. Overall, It's very pricey for Family Hub with limited access and features such as compatible TV. Other than that, StickiBoard and Smart Home app works great with Family Hub, but they do need a better design and more selection. Hopefully, Samsung is making some improvement down in the road.

I love this refrigerator as a refrigerator, spacious and well laid out. The flex zone is great because you can decide how you want it to work. The family hub keeps the calendar handy to review each day and it's easy to leave a message on the hub. The grocery list feature is very handy since it syncs with my phone, I also love that I can mirror my Samsung TV and watch while I cook. Many other great features as well.

The family hub is a nice feature but it is rough around the edges. You can control the fridge via app but the fridge view should extend to the bottom half of the unit. The app leaves the most to be desired. The "pain free" discovery and activation process isn't that painless. You *should* be able to activate your fridge with a simple login and wifi password directly from the fridge. The mastercard grocery app is only limited to certain areas and the instacart app is slow and a bit cumbersome to navigate and "shop" directly from the frablet. All other features are well implemented and highly flexible. I was able to fit 2x the amount of groceries than my previous fridge. Fix the tablet to be more functional and this appliance would be a smarthome ace in the hole.

This refrigerator is a bit pricey, but so far it has been worth every penny spent! It pairs to our TV, I can leave notes for other family members, and even listen to music as I cook. The favorite feature so far has been the ability to check what is in the refrigerator when I am at the grocery store. No more wondering if we are out of milk or eggs!

We have had our refrigerator for a month now and we are having so much fun learning everything it can do. I love leaving notes for my husband from my phone when I'm out of town. My grand daughter loves drawing and recording herself while I'm cooking. I listen to my favorite radio station. The only negative we have found so far is that we are having to move shelves around to make the space work for us. We've been happy with all our Samsung products and love shopping at Best Buy bc the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I use the screen on a daily basis. It’s grest for notes, reminders, checking the top news headlines, weather. It’s definitely much easier to read a recipe on the fridge screen compared to your smartphone or tablet.

We are building our house and wanted something extraordinary. I did research on this refrigerator and it is everything I wanted! The salesperson was correct about it being called the beast! It is one! One of The delivery guys was negative about it and was discouraging me from getting it because of all the things that go wrong and has them returned within a week. But the other delivery guy was really encouraging about it and said that Samsung has really out did theirselves. He was right I've had my refrigerator now for a couple of months and am still extremely happy with it!!! I'm glad I have it my grandchildren draw on it I play music while cooking or look up recipes and it's so convenient! I can grocery shop and look in it anytime I forget something! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS REFRIGERATOR!! It does what ever I need it to and is the beast!!

This refrigerator goes beyond the word "refrigerator"! It is a place for family members to connect and leave communications for each other. It is a family photo album that runs in slide show mode or individual. It has Pandora (connect a BT for better sound), a radio station tuner, shopping list that can be viewed on your smart phone. You can even send messages to the whiteboard while you're out of the house. The Flex Freezer/Refrigerator is a cool idea. If you can store frozen items in a remote freezer this section make refrigerator space larger and more useful. Yes, like the ad says, you can view inside - you can see the milk container but not how much milk is in it. It ain't cheap but the Black Stainless Steel model is stunning.

I was told I was the 1st person in Ga to buy this fridge. So far so good. I LOVE This fridge. I was going to buy the "Chef Collection" but I didn't need or want the sparkling water feature, so I am SO HAPPY I waited even though I didn't know why I was waiting, and then this fridge was launched...THANK GOD!

We are very satisfied with this refrigerator. The smart hub pandora app crashes frequently, causing us to have to reset the panel. This is likely a pandora issue, though. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the amount of time it takes to begin getting ice.....nearly 3 days. Otherwise, though, we are pleased with the purchase.

It's a great fridge, my wife and I love it. does have some glitches and after almost a month after purchasing this fridge and having the white glove service, it was determined that the panel on my fridge needed to be replaced because it would not mirror my TV, constantly disconnecting from my wifi, keep having to manually change the time and date. So hopefully once that is done I can finally see it's full potential. has not been a great experience so far with BB and it all started with delivery. now I hope they make it right. I still recommend this friend as it has some great features like build it speak so you can listen to Pandora while in the kitchen. I would've liked for Samsung to allow you to download apps on the fridge. I purchased the 5 year extended warranty and boy am I happy I did as they would need to come and exchange the panel. maybe once everything is done and it works the way it's suppose to I will update my review. But for now, I will keep it to just 2 starts.
