The materials of the chassis are excellent (though it is a bit of a fingerprint magnet). The OLED panel is beautiful. I don't know that I would have recommended this laptop at it release price, but on sale (for the $800 I paid) it's a great value.

We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. As you know, your touchpad functions as a mouse and moves the cursor and selects options. You can use the touchpad to move the cursor or select an item. The left and right buttons of the touchpad act the same as the left and right buttons of a mouse. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your mouse/touchpad and without being ab le to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest contacting Support if you would like any further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting your device.
